Jade is half shock and half invested with the story telling
"Mama is at her 2nd term as governor, people loved her... well she was a good politician. Until you were born, malapit na elections noon" Darius continued to explain
"You came out as a girl, her only granddaughter" Darius added
"Her rivals in politics started calling you names. How a bastard like you is named a Larson, that you're a bad luck and all the kind of things Samantha... it's like they're cursing at you" Darius explained looking at Jade
Jade is drawn, she never knew about this since she was a little girl when Señora Amanda died
"She then backed out, she got scared that this politicians will hurt you even more. So she forfeited, people was devastated of not having her as a governor" Darius explained
"All those emotions take a toll on her shoulders, that's when she started collapsing a few times. Then doctors can't figure out what's going on with her back then, but we all can see how she suffers from this disorientation" Darius continue as he fidget on his ring
"Hindi rin nakatulong na nag tatalo talo kami when Papang picked favors on you, sorry we were so greedy back then we saw you as a threat to everyone" Darion spoke looking at Jade
"Mama can't take that we her own children are acting the way her political rivals act. So her condition got worse, she and dad went to her Hacienda and they had to fire most of the employees there since they can't have mama hanging out with them" Darion explained
"She's not in an asylum which is bad and having people around her will just make it worse. Also we cannot afford bad publicity that time" Darion added
"You see how important medication is?" Darius asks Jade
"Your lola wasn't able to get medication dahil wala pa noon yan. But now it's accessible in everyway, mag pagamot ka" Darius advices Jade
"I want you to take this seriously Jade. Mahirap ang sitwasyon mo, and only you can help your self" Darius held Jade's hand
"Wait. So lola never got to be diagnosed?" David asks
Which alarmed Jade
"That means we are never sure what her illness is... right?" David said in panic
"Why? What's wrong?" Darion asks
"The doctors said that... Jade could have manic-depressive illness, which I thought na nakuha niya kay lola, but if you're saying that she never got diagnosed there's a chance that Jade..." David look at Jade
"Dissociative identity disorder" She spoke suppressing her lips
"What?!" Darion sigh
"The doctors have discussed since early stages palang ng symptoms ni Jade ang nakikita, they said it's between split personality disorder and bipolar disorder" David explained to his dad and uncle
"I told them that we had a history of mental illness, since it's also mild episodes they took it up as manic-depressive illness. What I'm saying there could be a chance that she has Dissociative identity disorder?" Alalang tanong ni David
"We can't be for sure... how are you lately ba hija?" Darius looked at Jade
"There's no symptoms of a split identity so I think we shouldn't worry about that" Jade stated
"This is a lot of informations, I think let's just set this for tomorrow" Jade suggested
"Drink your meds" David replied
