CHAPTER 12 : Who is she?

SAMANTHA'S POV
I am partly nervous as I open the conference room's door. I walk in and confusion from people around here formed on their faces

I look around and there's titles on the table na naka-align sa chairs

I saw some of my cousins who actually works here, they are sitting sa mga upuang naka tabi sa wall

I walk around trying to find where I shall be seated, I found the title President so I think I must sit there

I slowly walk as I feel everyone's eyes are staring, watching every step I make. I reach my chair but a man pulled it and sat his ass on my chair

Then I recognized who is he. He's Kuya David, Uncle Darius's first born. He smirked at me, looking at me head to toe like Judging me

"What are you standing here for? Move" He mouthed as he sits comfortably as if that chair is meant for him

"Ms. Who are you and which department are you? You can't be here, the chairman would be here any minute now. You don't belong here" this woman said to me

Maybe she's right. I don't belong here

I was about to walk away when a voice echoed in this conference room

"She's in the right place" A man's baritone voice echoed and everyone stood

Including his son, who's in front of me

"She belongs here, but it looks like she's aiming for the wrong chair" Uncle smirked

"Everyone sit" He said as he approach the Chair of the Chairman

He held it and pulls it back

"I believe this is the Chair you need to look for from this day on" He said looking at me

Everyone seems so shock

I walk towards him and asks for his hand, nag mano ako at umupo

"Thank you uncle" I said as I sit comfortably

Umupo ito sa left side ko kung saan nakaupo ang iba pang mga member ng board

"I called this emergency meeting to Introduce to everyone, Our new chairwoman" He said as he stand

"Hija stand up" He said and gesture me to stand with him

"This is Samantha Larson"

"The Chairwoman of Larson Industries, The 90% of this company"

"She is now, The Larson Industries"

As uncle introduce me, I can feel already the heavy weight on my shoulders. As he announces titles and introductions, mas lalong bumibigat ang responsibilidad ko

"Everyone's position right now is temporary, until the chair decides and appoint positions" He said sternly

"The only words you'll listen to is hers. I will only remain in the board until she say otherwise"

"Everyone. Your New Chairwoman" He said and shows me to everyone pointing his hand on me

Everyone applauded, I watch their faces carefully. Some are afraid and some looks agitated

"Goodmorning everyone" I said as I look around

"I am not to change anyone's position as of now. Because I believe in my uncle's judgement, I know he put you all in your positions because he knows you are the best person for the Job" I said looking at them

"Changes will be made along the way, but best believe it is with a reason and for the best interest of the company" I remained stern with my statement

"Changes my ass" I heard from the right side of the board
