15. Hours Earlier

<Simon's POV>

"Look at this one." I showed 141 a video of YN dancing with the little ones to Baby Shark.

"Awww!" They all smiled.

"Wait, I have another." I started looking for the video while we flew back from the mission.

"I've said it before and I'll say it again. I'm glad you settled down and know happiness." Price said and I nodded.

"Me too." I couldn't help but smile behind my mask.

"We're landing."

"Can we come see YN and the kids?" Gaz asked as we exited the plane.

"Of course. Let's go."

After the debriefing, we all headed back home.

"Is that Makia's car?" Price asked.

I rolled my eyes when I saw it in the driveway.

"She must be here for a visit."

He and I still don't get along.

How could we?

I drove and parked in the garage before turning off the car. We all walked into the house and found Stacy playing with the twins while Kiara asked, "Why?" to everything Makia said.

"Where YN?"

"Who knows. She's been gone for a day and didn't say when she'd be back." Makia picked up my eldest and handed her to me.

"What?" I blinked.

"She said she had shit to do and needed it done asap."

"She didn't say where she was headed?"

"Nope. Pretty sure she didn't know where she was headed either."

"You just let your sister who just got out of the hospital leave!?"

"Mami was in the hospital!?"

"Come on. Let's go get ice cream from the freezer and go play outside!" Stacy took the kids and hurried them out of the room.

"YN's a big girl. She can do what she wants." Makia pulled a beer out of the her back pocket and opened it with her teeth.

"She's still unwell! How could you not give two shits!?" I shouted.

"Cause she knows what she's doing. She probably went to Roger."

"Who!?"

"The guy she gets all her information from. He knows everything."

"Where is he!?"

"Who knows. She won't tell me and I won't tell the chick I get my info from is."

I was about to yell at her when Price, Soap, Gaz and I all got a text.

I looked at my phone and saw a photo of YN peeking out from behind a wall.

Las Almas.

Searching for Konig.

"FUUUUCK!"

"Alejandro is calling me." Price said before answering.

"Uh huh. Uh huh. Uh huh. Alright, we'll be right there."

He hung up and looked at me.

"YN is in Mexico. Let's go."

"You think she went to go see her ex?" Makia sipped her drink.

We all turned and hurried to the car.

We got in and drove back to base where the plane was waiting.

We ran on and flew to Mexico.

"It'll be okay, LT. Well bring her home."

"I thought she'd be okay now that she's out, but I'm worried about her."

"That's why we'll bring her back." Gaz said.

After we got to the room YN was staying in, we saw she wasn't there and tried to find her.
