10. Still Here

YN's POV

I tapped my fingers on the table annoyed.

They locked me up in this mental hospital.

Now they're having a guest speaker talking about why we should keep living and fighting our illnesses.

They said they're gonna hold me for at least 72 hours at least, then they'll see if I'm good enough to leave.

But nothing is wrong with me!

I glanced at Konig who was sitting next to me and smiling.

I sighed.

No one else is giving him any attention so I decided to ignore him.

If I tell these people I don't see him anymore, they'll most likely let me go.

Everyone clapped lazily and he smiled.

"Alright! Everyone, it's visiting time."

My stomach growled as I stood up.

I noticed Simon and walked over.

"Hey love, how are you feeling?"

"Hungry. These mother fuckers keep pushing pushpins in my food." I leaned against him.

"Oh love..."

"It's fine. Ima get out soon."

I did not get out soon. After they kept changing my pill's because either I felt absolutely nothing, or they worsened my "psychotic behavior".

So I finally got out.

"Welcome back, mate!" Johnny hugged me and I hugged him back.

"Thanks. Let's get out of here before they drag me back in." I hurried to the car. "Where are my babies?"

"In school." Price said as Gaz opened the car door for me.

I got in and Simon climbed in after me.

We drove home and I hopped out of the car, stretching.

I noticed the neighbors looking at me.

I was about to give them the finger when there was tapping at the window.

I turned and saw Budge pecking at the glass.

"BUDGE BUDGE!"

Simon unlocked the door and I ran to the couch and threw myself down.

"What time is it? Are the babies getting out soon?"

"In an hour and a half." Gaz smiled. Simon came over and hugged me tightly.

I pulled him on top of me and the others began to discuss what they should make of order for dinner.

Now that I'm out, I've made it my mission to hunt down and kill Konig.

And I will do it successfully.

I have to.

I need to make sure he never comes near my family. And if I keep seeing him, at least I'll know it's a hallucination.

I played with Simon's hair and he sighed.

"I missed you. So so much."

"I missed you too. That place was a piece of shit. I'm never going back." I said tugging at his ears.

"I hope not."

Johnny and Price went to go pick up the kids and food.

I got excited when I saw the car pull into the driveway.

"When's mami coming home?" Cosmos whined.

"Aww, did you miss me?" I smiled.

"MAMI!" Cosmos and Kiara ran over and jumped on me.

"Hmph!" Starla stomped her foot and crossed her arms before turning her back to me.

"Awww, Starla, I'm sorry! I missed you though!" I smiled with tears.

"I hate you!"

"Starla, don't talk to your mom like that!" Simon scolded.

"I didn't wanna leave you! Mami had to go for some time."

She hugged Gaz's leg and turned to look at me with tears in her eyes.

"Did you miss me?" She sniffled.

"Very much and every day."

She looked up at Gaz who smiled and nodded.

She began to cry harder and ran to hug me.

My babies.

My poor babies.
