"So, Teedor Castle is our destination?" Levina inquired of the Princess.
"Yes, I recognized the castle in my dream. I've only ever seen it in books, but I know what I saw," Dahlia told the dragon. They have been traveling for only about 30 minutes now, and Dahlia had just filled in Levina with information she missed. It seemed like Dahlia was the only one awake.
"Da-pow!" Arnoux muttered in his sleep and even though Dahlia couldn't see him she could tell that he threw his arm out, because it hit her in the shoulder. Marai's small form was lent against Levina's neck snoring softly.
"It will take about four hours to get there. I suggest you follow your companions' leads and rest for a while. It will do you great good. I can feel evil in the way we are going, it is going to be a tough battle," Levina stated, adjusting as the wind picked up slightly.
Dahlia felt Ethan stir behind her, but soon fell still afterwards. His arms were draped around her waist and his face nuzzled the crook of her neck, his warm breath tickled her skin. Dahlia glanced behind her, the best she could anyway, and made sure everyone was on and nowhere near falling off. When she finally shook away her fears, she leaned back against Ethan and relaxed, her eyes fluttered shut as she drifted off to sleep.

"Get up, you imbecile. Do you really want to die here?" Marai shouted.
Dahlia woke to the sound of swords clashing and the thrum of bows being released. She quickly sat up straight, and realized everyone else was awake too.
"Erif llab!" Arnoux exclaimed and a dragtina went down in a ball of fire. He quickly shot down another one. "What is going on!"
Levina was flying about 50 feet off the ground and the sky was covered with dragtinas. Dahlia had to hold tight as Levina swooped down and swiped dragtinas out of the air, but every one they all took down 5 replaced them.
"The Ansone Army moved their forces here to take down Kalabhiti." Ethan yelled.
"I need you to promise me something. I need you to go to the Silerona Territory, Lady Kimberly will help you. Find the Spirit Rapport. When the time seems right, head to Teedor Kingdom. My forces will meet you there," Queen Beatrice told Ethan and Sylva when she brought them to the side. "We will hold off Teedor's forces for as long as possible. Have God-speed."
The Princess's Guards only had time to nod before the Queen left them, then the sound of a chalice hitting the ground reached their ears. Ethan's eyes widened as he ran over to Dahlia, who had now sunken to the floor with blurred over eyes. Ethan already knew this was a part of Beatrice's plan.
"This will all make sense later, Dahlia. I promise," Ethan spoke quietly and her eyes slowly shut.
"We don't know how long they've been fighting. We need to get down there!" Ethan explained, while knocking a Transferee off her ride with the lower limb of his bow. "Levina, can you get us down there?" He shouted.
Levina answered him by angling her wings down and landing on a bunch of Transferees with a great roar. She cleared the path for them by flicking her tail around and snapping people up in her massive maw. The Princess Guard worked just as fast and efficiently as Levina. They landed on the ground and began their own attack, Sylva slicing people to the ground and Ethan's arrows taking them down one by one. Arnoux sent people flying while Marai seemed to dance in the midst of the battle turning bandits to ice or setting them on fire. Dahlia watched in amazement until she felt a cold shiver down her spine.
"Watch out!" Sylva shouts, and Dahlia turned in shock to find a mercenary staring at her with wide eyes. The mercenary dropped her raised sword and toppled to the ground, an arrow impaled her heart.
