The Sealed Warrior

           After his Master had been defeated, he was scared. They had killed him and if they knew he was a part of it, they would kill him too. Hurriedly backing away from the pillar he was hiding behind, he quickly ran through the halls. A cold shiver ran down his spine causing him to freeze in place.

           What...What was that?

           "Anwir."

           The man, hearing his name called, hastily turned around and was met with a shadow of himself. Red eyes bore into his own brown orbs. A hand reached out to him, and Anwir could only watch as it got closer to his face.

           The shadow smirked, "You will do just fine."

           A strangled cry rang out through the empty halls, but to be heard by no one.

           Anwir was gone.

           In his place was a handsome young man. Dark red eyes mockingly glanced around at the broken palace. A rock crashed beside him yet the man didn't even flinch. He confidently strode down the hall as pieces of the palace fell around him. His brown hair swayed slightly from the wind released from each falling piece. When he reached the dead garden at the back of the palace, he held a hand out to the open space.

           A dark void escaped from his fingertips. Gracefully flying through the air and landing several feet in front of him. It slowly began to grow. Starting from a small, gentle mass to a ferocious flame like shadow big enough for an elephant to pass through easily. The man walked toward the portal, but stopped to look back at the palace. A trio was escaping from the collapsing building. One specifically caught his eye, a dark haired male who was holding his shoulder up.

           A smirk tugged at the man's lips turning into a malicious grin. He watched them a moment longer before turning to the dark portal.

           "This is only just the beginning. I can't be defeated that easily," he spoke as he entered the portal.
