16 years later

Elena and Bella were waiting for the kids to come down so they could take them back to school. "Get down here it's time for y'all to go back to school,"

"Do we have to?" Angel asked she wasn't really looking forward to returning to school she'd rather not go.

"NOW" Elena ordered. She didn't care what any of them wanted they were going back to school whether they liked it or not. 

Bella looked between her sister and Hayley she was unsure why they had thought this would be a good idea. "Why did we think that kids was going to be a good idea." 

Elena chuckled she knew her sister she knew that she had been the one who had really wanted kids and had tricked her sister into it.  "Well technically you two didn't i did and i don't regret it."

"Yeah 4 kids later you were the only one who had wanted to be a mother. I was fine kidless." Bella was sure that she would have survived without her little demons,

"WE CAN HEAR YOU"

Bella chuckled she always forgot how good their hearing actually was until they were saying something they didn't need to hear. "Forgot about that."

Hayley shuddered she knew what all of them were capable of and it kind of scared her sometimes. "We're raising mini killers."

Elena nodded smiling she knew the good thing about that no one was going to be able to mess with them. "We know no one will ever fuck with them."

"That's the point." Bella nodded. 

The kids all rushed downstairs sure their mothers were down here talking about them. "Are you down here talking about us again?"

Elena scoffed she didn't want to hear those lies when they had literally just shouted at them because they had heard them. "Stop pretending like you don't clearly hear what we are saying."

"Well we are vampires after all." Henrick smirked. It was a thing they could always hear when there mothers were reminiscing or just plain talking about them and thinking they didn't realize it.n

"Yeah we know that." Bella knew it was hard to forget when they shouted everytime they heard something they didn't like. 

Kol Klaus and Elijah walked into the room looking at the 9 kids. "Are you guys arguing with your mothers?"

"Us argue no." Henrick lied. He knew better than to argue with his mom and aunts and get caught by his dad and uncles it wouldn't end well.

"They know better." Elena smirked. She knew that the kids weren't stupid they knew how this could go. 

"Of course, we do we would never do something so stupid." Hope promised. She was not getting in trouble right before school started back she refused.

Bella smirked she knew the fact that her stepdaughter and son had just conceded meant they won this battle. "See we did raise them right they know when they've lost."

Rebekah walked in followed by her daughter and Son. "What's going on?"

"They are trying to not get themselves in trouble." Elena smirked. Which she knew none of the kids were really good at after all they were Mikaelsons.

"Is it working." Leilah asked. She needed to make sure she wasn't in trouble with her mom just yet. 

"Depends are you guys ready to go back to school." Elena asked. She knew what her daughter was trying to do and it wouldn't work.

"Yes."

"Then it is make sure you have everything you are not weaseling your way home on the first day." Elena knew at least one of them would probably succeed at doing it but they didn't need to do that.
