Ch 15: Citrine

''He serious man! You'd have to be at least a B rank or a at least an upper C rank! Which neither of you are'' Jinho exclaims.

''Shuuuuuuu'' Cel puts his finger on Jinho's lips and smiled. ''Don't worry'' his eyes glowed abit ''I'll never let Jinwoo get hurt'' he looked at Jinwoo, he crossed his arms as he looked at the spider. 'That spider is the same level as the bear I had to deal with, then again i didn't have to kill it' Cel thought as he took out a zip up bag that was labeled 'travel cookies' then starts nomming on them as he watches Jinwoo fight.

Cel observed his moves, his eyes glowed

Cel continued to follow Jinwoo's moves.

Cel was staring blankly but perked up when he glances at Jinho, he seemed to feel nervous, he can sense it from here, even without his empathy. Thankfully that power isn't always activated. It would have overwhelmed him to much. Cel hummed as he watched Jinwoo, bobbing his head every so often. Cel frowned as he stood up slowly as he watches nervously. This spider was Nasty.

Cel froze when Jinwoo was thrown to the side

''JIN!''
''JINWOO!"

Cel put his things down and ran to him, he stops the Spiders big foot from Hitting Jinwoo. He grunts slightly, nothing he couldn't handle, it was just a sudden impulse. Jinwoo pants as he looked up at Cel ''Cel'' he whispers ''fight now, admiring me later Jin'' Cel grinned slightly as he felt the spider press onto him. Jinwoo blinked and nods. The spider kept attacking with its multiple limbs and roared. Cel grunts then took a deep breath, his eyes glowed a bright yellow, and an aura sparked from him. The spider was left stunted, with its own emotions, it looked like it was gonna cry, it backs away and whimpered.

[Warmth activated]

Cel yelps as he slipped an ounce and he was stuck in the ground holding its limbs back from crushing him. They seemed heavier when the spider wasn't pressing on him. But that slip caused warmth to fade away and it cause the Spider to roar angrily.

*full recovery* appeared on Jinwoo's mind and he gasped. Jinwoo was quick to activate it and sped his way to the Spider, logging his dagger into its face and kept stabbing at it. Jinwoo pants and felt something wet on his face, he touched his face and sees stray tears. ''Was that......his power?" Jinwoo mumbles as he glanced at Cel. Who cracked his back when the heaviness went away and he placed the leg down gently. He looked down at the thing and frowned.

''It was grumpy.....and scared too'' he mutters as his head starts hurting. 'Careful now kid, even empathy can make you too tired and overstimulate if you use too much of it, plus you only have a few hours of Meditation all this week.' Stolas spoke and sat on Cel's head as he licks his paws like a cat.

Cel hummed and nods. He then went over to Jinwoo, he ran to him and tackles him ''are you okay? Are you hurt?  You struggled so I'm making sure'' Cel held onto him. Jinwoo would have went flying if he was his weaker self. With the hug Cel was giving him.

''I'm okay! Don't worry'' Jinwoo grunts in slight pain. ''Ack I'm sorry, I'm just worried" cel let's go and puts his hands behind him and looked at the other male. Jinwoo chuckles ''I'm okay'' he said and stretched. Cel nods as he glanced at Jinho
