Kakashi really regretted ever getting involved in the Sudo case. The consequences were drastic and downright terrible.

"Where the heck is she?" He muttered, fidgeting in his new dark grey sweater and black loose pants he'd been forced to buy for the occasion.

He didn't know why she wanted him to look nice when most likely, she'd show up in some garbs considering she as a Class D student couldn't afford anything nice.

Those 7,000 private points could've been spent in a better way than on an outfit for a fake date he'd been blackmailed into going on.

"Because you got me into this situation, you are going to be my date this Saturday. And you better damn make sure Ishizaki sees us, Hatake. I refuse to go on a date with him because of your schemes," Haruno told him as soon as Ishizaki was out of sight.

He'd tried to protect himself and his virtue, but she'd been unrelenting and in the end, he'd agreed if only so she'd stop cussing him out.

She'd even punched him! She was damn lucky that there were no school-issued cameras by the chemistry lab, otherwise he would've complained to the school about her aggressiveness. Well, that was perhaps going too far, but still...

And now, here he was, waiting for his date to arrive and she was late. How obnoxious of her, he'd most definitely never do such a thing if she were the one waiting for him for something. That would be preposterous.

He glanced at the time on his phone. 15 minutes late. It was around 2 PM as well, and damn was it hot outside.

If he had to guess, it was about 28 degrees outside. Not quite Summer weather but nonetheless, he was getting cooked in his smart-looking sweater and dark long pants.

Maybe he'd use his favor from her on making her do something similarly humiliating and uncomfortable...

"Sorry I'm late, Kakashi-kun!" She greeted him cheerily, making a vein in his forehead pop. He saw why calling her by her first name annoyed her now. Kakashi took a look at her and paused. He wasn't expecting her to look so... nice? Cute?

She was wearing a white dress with silver flowers that hugged her waist well, paired with a heart-shaped purse and silver open shoes with small heels. So that's what she'd spent her 100,000 points on - clothes.

"It's alright, Sakura-chan," he told her pleasantly, smiling in amusement as she stiffened at the name and had to hold back a glare. Served her right.

Suddenly, she walked up to him and grabbed his arm, hugging her body to it as if she were playing the role of an affectionate girlfriend.

"Let's go! You promised to take me to that new korean barbecue place that opened recently, didn't you?" She said sweetly.

He'd said no such thing - the barbecue there was also really expensive, too, but he held his tonue for the sake of the act.

"Of course," he sighed. By now, she had grabbed his hand and they were holding hands as he led her to the Keyaki mall where everyone would see them.

"Anything for you, love," he teased, his hand reaching out to caress her cheek. He noticed how she almost punched him because of the contact and mentally smiled. This could turn out to be rather fun.

"Mm, that was delicious, Kakash-kun... Won't you take me shopping now?" Sakura innocently asked, an angelic smile on her face.

She hadn't seen Ishizaki around yet, but even if he didn't show up, he was bound to find out via his friends or anyone else that saw Hatake and her together.
