-SILAS POV-

Why can't i ever get a damn break.

Camila sits beside me on the couch, her jaw dropped after I told her me and Ramiro are on a break.

"You..? And.. Ramiro on a break?" She looks off to the side, her eyes wide. "I would've never thought you guys would ever even be a feet away from eachother."

Yeah.. me to.

Camila looks at me and sighs, putting a hand on my knee. I glance down at her hand ignoring the way my leg jolts at the contact.

She grins. "So... your single now?" She says.

My nose scrunches. "Not necessarily single, me and Ramiro are on a break but I don't want to mess with anyone else." I said.

She paused for a moment. "... but what if he's with someone else right now..?"

I snap my head at her. "Ramiro wouldn't— He— oh for fucks sake.." I groan, leaning my head back on the couch.

Camila sighs. "Damn girl.. I didn't mean to make you overthink or anything I was just saying.." she mutters.

I roll my eyes.

"Does anyone in your family know about this..?" She asks.

I shake my head. "No, I decided not to tell them anything unless it's actually serious— like me and Ramiro breaking up which we are not." I add abruptly.

Camila shrugs. "Well.. we could always, you know.. spy on Ramiro." She says in a suggestive tone, a grin playing at her lips.

I side eye her. "That's a bad idea."

Camila hums. "Is it..?" She sings. "Or is it a genius idea."

I stay quiet for a moment. "It'll take years for something genius to come out of that mouth of yours." I lean back on the couch, a small smirk on my lips.

Camila gasps softly, putting a hand over her heart. "I'm offended.." she says sarcastically.

I chuckle, shaking my head.

"But still.. let's spy on the dude, don't you have a tracking device on everything he uses." Camila says.

I raise an eyebrow. "Don't expose me like that.."
