As the days stretched into months, Emily's newfound alliance with Karl Heisenberg became both a source of strength and a constant reminder of the dangers that lurked within the shadows of the village. Even though the so called alliance was providing funds for Heisenberg so that he could purchase certain items from the Duke. So far the dangers of the village feared them so they were okay so far because Mother Miranda wasn't here. She hasn't been here in months. Together, they had begun to unravel the mysteries that surrounded Mother Miranda, yet the truth remained somewhat elusive due to some watchful eyes.
---------------------------------------------------
It was on a dreary afternoon, as storm clouds gathered on the horizon, that the sounds of approaching footsteps echoed through the corridors of the mansion, drawing Emily's attention to the heavy wooden door of her chamber. With a sinking feeling in her heart, she realized that their visitor could only be one person: Ethan Winters because earlier in the day Daniela, Cassandra and Bela went back to the dungeon. These last few weeks the daughters were avoiding Emily by spending time in the dungeon, they were respectful yet cold towards her. Emily was sure they were torturing villagers down there ever since Mother Miranda came back and told us we could do whatever we wanted to them.
Emily tried to save the villagers before Mother Miranda came back but nobody listened. Everyone had too much faith on Mother Miranda. Some of the villagers that came to her for help were unfortunately killed or bitten by some of the lycans outside and by her daughters. Emily told them not to hurt their guests (the remaining villagers) but even though they agreed not to hurt them they still hurt them behind her back.
She was brought back to reality as the door swung open, Emily braced herself for the confrontation that was sure to follow. Ethan stood before her, his expression a mixture of determination, desperation and a hint of disbelief as he stared up at her pleading for her help in rescuing his daughter, Rose. Emily's heart went out to him, knowing all too well the pain of losing a loved one and the lengths one would go to in order to save them.
Confusion covers her face. 'Wait a second! Heisenberg was supposed to find him and take him to Mother Miranda! Why did the story change? Where is Heisenberg?'
Yet, even as she sympathized with Ethan's plight, Emily couldn't shake the feeling of dread that washed over her at the thought of defying Mother Miranda and the consequences that would surely follow. With a heavy heart, she tried warning Ethan of the dangers that awaited him in the village.
Ethan was resolute, his determination unwavering as he stared up at her pleading with Emily to help him, to guide him through the treacherous labyrinth of the village and lead him to his daughter. Despite her misgivings, Emily couldn't turn him away, couldn't deny him the chance to save his child, even if it meant risking her own life in the process.
And so, with a sense of foreboding weighing heavily on her shoulders, Emily reluctantly agreed to accompany Ethan on his quest, knowing that the path ahead would be fraught with danger and uncertainty. Together, they ventured to where Roses flask was originally in the game in Dimitrescu part of the game, their footsteps echoing against the stone. Emily was fearful and dreading his reaction if he were to see it and take her life for it. First and furthermost Emily was confused because Mother Miranda did not give her a flask. In the game Dimitrescu was already supposed to have a flask. 'Perhaps Mother Miranda doesn't trust me? But it doesn't make sense since Mother Miranda wants Ethan to kill the Four Lords and so far I am one of the Four Lords.' Emily was puzzled in that aspect. Because somethings are not following the game storyline.
As they delved deeper into the labyrinthine place of the castle, Emily couldn't shake the feeling of being watched, of unseen eyes tracking their every move from the shadows. Yet, despite the ever-present sense of danger, she found herself drawn to Ethan's unwavering determination and the flicker of hope that burned bright in his eyes.
But their journey was not without its challenges, as they soon found themselves beset by hordes of twisted creatures, some of those creatures could fly and thankfully some were really slow. So far Emily didn't put too much of a fight against the creatures it was just Ethan because she didn't want to look too menacing in case Ethan decides to kill her and honestly the height wasn't helping her case but he hasn't commented about it yet even if she got a few weird looks from him. Soon she did have to use her long nail like claws because some of those flying creatures almost ambushed Ethan until she stopped it with a swipe of her long sharp deadly nails. Ethan gave a confused look but said a quick thanks as they continued to move. He asked Emily how she did that and she reluctantly told him about Mother Miranda; the woman who took Rose and what she did to her or what she did to the real Dimitrescu. Ethan looked bothered yet more determined after hearing her story.
Emily fought alongside Ethan, her skills honed after the time she spent in this world.
As they stood on the precipice of oblivion, facing down the forces of darkness that threatened to consume them whole, Emily knew that their fates were inexorably intertwined, bound together by a shared desire for redemption and the hope of a brighter future.
Soon they heard buzzing and laughing. Emily looked paler than before because she thought she could avoid them all together. Emily and Ethan saw Cassandra, Daniela and Bela right in front of them looking at them with twisted smiles and some hidden anger directed at her.
"You're not our mother!"
"What did you do to mother!?"
"Who are you!?"
"What do my darling daughters mean? It's me your mother." Emily said in the sweetest voice she could say.
"No you're not! Even Mother Miranda knows it! Why do you think she gave us the flask!?"
"The question is. Who told her where the flask was!?"
"It wasn't me!"
The three girls spoke at the same time while arguing. Emily thought she could sneak away with Ethan but soon they stopped arguing to ask her again who she was. Emily just gulped and tried to act as their mother but she forgot one thing that instead of saying manthing she just said Ethan. The girls lost it after that because it seemed to confirm that it wasn't their original mother, so they attacked Emily.
Emily out of instinct started to swat at them but that wasn't very effective. They cut Emily and made her bleed. Emily fell because she was starting to feel weak because of the blood loss because she wasn't healing fast enough and because she didn't know what to do and that was until she heard an explosion. Soon cold air and snow started to fill the space and the girls were in a frozen state since they never did too well in the cold. When they froze there Ethan started to shoot and throw bombs at them meanwhile I still sat by the floor in shock trying to process what's happening because so far nothing is going like the game plot.
