As Penn thought about what he said, she started thinking back on her time with Larry. She realised that the feelings she had during their hugs weren't the real connection the mysterious man talked about it feel forced. Her mind went quiet, and she became aware of the emotional journey she had been on with Larry. The mystery guy took a moment to think deeply as he considered the meaning behind his tattoos. When he got to the symbols representing happiness and connection, a reflective expression crossed his face, suggesting there was more to it, some hidden emotion. In that quiet moment, he took a deep breath and shared that he had only felt those two things once, a special moment that he preferred to keep mysterious.

His eyes hold a secret story, hiding the person he shared the symbols of happiness and connection with. The mystery surrounding this special bond adds intrigue, like a private place he wants to keep safe. A glimpse into his vulnerability suggests how deeply important the two symbols  is to him. The mystery guy, with a serious tone, revealed the person behind the symbols—a soul who loved him deeply, someone who meant everything to him. The revelation hung in the air, leaving a lasting impression. As the weight of his confession sank in, the mystery guy's eyes showed both respect and longing. In that moment, he shared a piece of his inner world, a special bond kept private. The story unfolded like a secret, making them think about the powerful connections that feel almost divine.

In the mystery guy's detailed tattoos, Penn noticed two words, "The happiness" and "The connection." Intrigued, she felt drawn to touch the symbols. Though hesitant at first, he joked that he wasn't here to bite— at least not yet. They shared a laugh, creating a unexpected bond.

As Penn looked at the tattoo, the idea of happiness portrayed in the mysterious ink touched her deeply. Reflecting on her own life, she realised she hadn't felt true happiness. But seeing this symbol sparked a quiet hope that happiness might come her way someday. With her head held high, she let her fingers glide over the tattoo, lost in thought.

Her  fingers followed the lines of the tattoo, she couldn't help but be drawn to the mystery guy's face. In her thoughts, she whispered about his chin, his lips, the small wrinkles when he smiled, his nose, and his eyes. Surprised by how handsome he was, she got lost for a moment in studying each detail of his features.

Penn, tearing her gaze away from his hands, snapped out of her trance. The mystery guy cleared his throat, bringing her back to reality. Apologising for getting lost in thought, Penn found herself caught between being fascinated and facing reality. It was a strange dance that defined their unexpected connection.

Lost in his features, Penn rushed to get drinks, spurred on by her friends calling her name. In her haste, she accidentally dropped a coaster. She quickly set the drinks down and moved to pick it up, but before she could, the mystery guy stopped her, pausing her hurried actions.

As he smoothly grabbed the coaster off the floor, Penn looked up and saw something surprising. The mystery guy was tall and had a nice balance of being built and strong. His broad shoulders made him look strong, and his dark hair gave him a rugged charm. When his eyes met hers as he brushed his hair from his forehead, Penn couldn't look away. The intensity in his brown eyes held her attention.

Penn found herself lost in thought, taking in the figure in front of her. She couldn't help but notice his toned body, and she admired his dedication to staying fit. The idea stayed with her for a moment, recognising the man standing before her. Penn shook herself out of her daydream and returned to reality. The mystery guy, tall and charming, had briefly grabbed her attention, making her juggle between being fascinated by him and staying grounded in the busy event. He gave her a friendly smile, his lips forming an inviting expression.

The colour of his lips gave off an air of delicacy and sophistication. He wore fitted black clothes and a black leather jacket, looking stylish and timeless, like a model in a fashion magazine. Penn was captivated by his appearance, drawn in by the beautiful sight before her. His cherry lips and sleek outfit combined to create an image of magnetic charm. But the spell was broken when he gently ran his thumb over Penn's fingers. It was a subtle but intimate touch that brought her back to reality. Penn snapped out of the moment, reminded of the difference between being fascinated and facing reality. This was something Larry did to keep her calm, it wasn't anything specula about his touch but it was special to her.

When the mysterious guy softly ran his thumb over Penn's fingers, it felt like a strong connection sparked between them. Looking away, Penn was amazed by how intense the moment had become suddenly. The feelings rushing through her were unlike anything she'd ever felt before—deeper, more comforting, more safe. It hit her like a bolt of lightning—was this what real connection felt like? It was like the enchantment of love at first sight, leaving her breathless. Larry watched from the sidelines as Penn and the mysterious guy connected unexpectedly. He tried to ignore any feelings of jealousy, but he couldn't help noticing the interaction between them. His attempt to hide his jealousy fell apart when Jessica, sensing his emotions, saw the signs on his face. To ease the tension, she smiled and took his hand, gently stroking it to comfort him.

Even though she tried, Larry couldn't stop feeling more and more jealous, his emotions bubbling up. Unable to keep it in, he suddenly got up and left, overwhelmed by what he saw. His upset feelings were clear to everyone at the table  as he hurried away, leaving them all shocked. The tension hung in the air, affecting the atmosphere of the gathering. Jessica noticed Larry leaving in a rush, so she quickly went after him to offer support and convince him to come back inside. They eventually returned to the table, but the mood was still tense. Larry, clearly upset, poured himself a drink, but he couldn't take his eyes off Penn as she arranged the drinks on the table.
