Today is finally extermination day as all the exorcists are gathered outside of the pearly gates of heaven and is waiting for the portal to hell to open.
-Vaggie's POV-
There I was standing on the soft clouds outside of heaven with my mask in one hand and spear in the other.
I was feeling a bit..guilty...as I started to wonder.....
Is this really worth it..?
Exterminating sinners just to reduce their population...?..I mean,Isn't there another way to solve that..?
I stared into the blue skies thinking to myself..but suddenly I felt something on my shoulder from behind me making me twitch and point my spear towards the direction.
I relieved as I saw it was just Y/n "Jeez,Y/n you scared me"I say as stopped pointing my spear towards her.
"Oh sorry,It's just..you've been looking a little tense..since yesterday...Are you sure you're okay...?""You know you could tell me anything.. " Y/n asked clearly a bit worried about me.
I give her a reassuring smile "Yes,I know..I'm fine Y/n truly...I was just..thinking...".
Y/n raises one of her eyebrows a bit suspicious of my lie.."Hey,whatever it is..You're gonna do great out there!!" she encouraged.
I smiled softly at her words of encouragement "Thanks Y/n..".
Should I tell her..?
"Hey Y/n,..Do yo-" I was going to tell her about what it was extermination but was quickly intruppted by Adam giving a speech of how we're gonna beat the shit out of the sinners in hell before the portal to hell opened.
I placed my attention towards the portal which the other exorcists were flying towards to.
"You said something Vaggie..?" Y/n asked.
I look over to her to see that she already had her mask on "Oh.....It's nothing.."
"Okay..,then let's get going then"Y/n says as she extended her wings and held her spear tightly ready to fly over to the portal.
"..Yeah,sure...right behind you" I said to her as I put on my mask and sighed.
Let's just get this over with...
