moment this sentence left his mouth sent chills down to my spines.
My eyes looked at his. His hands held mine, sending warmness. I couldn't understand the reason of my pounding heart. This is my first time experiencing. I never felt like this before. Like his eyes are telling me something. Something that I should be aware of.
Sun almost set down, room got covered in dark. Suddenly, loud sound of felling of metallic stuff echoed in room. Made me startled, i flinched.
He hissed a little.
"Titli, hmari chot" he said made me realised. I rested my head on his chest in my reflex action. I quickly looked up seeing his smirk.
Why the hell he always smirk! I didn't even budged a little, instead I looked up and said
" I'm sorry I forgot about you wound"
"Yeah, I can sense you sincerity of apology"
I understood his words and immediately parted from him.
"Aapka hriday, bhot Zoro se dhadak raha hai, titi" he said smirking.
"Haan, sab aapki kripa hai" i immediately regretted my words after seeing his smirk. I felt Butterflies in stomach, and embarrassed too.
I opened my mouth to clear myself but got shut as we heard noise of anklet reaching in my office.
"Sorry to distrub you Princess, should I light lamps?" An attendee asked looking down. Thank God! Because of this attendee I could escape this situation.
" No need for that. We're leaving now" I said.
I looked at him and said.
"Right?"
"Right!"
he nodded his head and he left my hand making it felt empty. He moved towards couch picked that book up and turned to me.
" Can I borrow this, butterfly" he asked.
I nodded because this book was the reason of my timidness, I just wanted to get rid of this.
Then we left my room.
We reached in workers area where lot of attendees were lighting lamps. They noticed our presence and turned to bow down.
An attendee found a scroll of paper she asked me about it. I signalled her to hand me that scroll. I opened and tried reading some lines.
I couldn't understand the writing of letter. I red again and again but couldn't understand words. Feeling annoying i asked rudraksh to read it for me. He red it for few moments.
"This scroll belongs to those who came to work here a while ago. " He said to me.
I nodded and asked attendee to put it inside drawer of table.
We took our leave from royal library. Going through galleries where lamps and diyas were lit up making area shines.
He walked me to khidkiya mahal, stopped in front of main gate. I turned to him.
"I should go inside now." I said avoiding eye contact. I wasn't able to understand these feelings which are new to me. Something is happening.
Am I sick? Definitely I'm. Whenever he is close to me or hold my hand I feel my heartbeat fasten, my cheeks warm, and my lips dry.
"But you didn't showed me whole palace" he complaint.
I thinned my brows thinking I showed him all places.
