"What do we even call this? A triple date?" All of us were sitting together at the top floor of this luxury restaurant, me, Nayeon and Dahyun were sitting on one side while the other three were across from us

I was facing the window beside me, staring out at the bright lights of Seoul. The cars that passed, the people that looked like little ants, Seoul was the most lively at night.

"Everyone know what they want?" Nayeon asked, I hadn't even looked at the menu yet, I wasn't planning on eating anything anyway

"Do you now what you want Y/n?" Mina asked from across 

"Oh I'm planning on ordering anything," I smiled at her before turning back to the window

"What? Why not?" Momo asked with concern in her voice and a tilt of her head

"It's nothing," I grabbed my phone and opened an app

"You sound like you have a bad relationship with food, do your parents not feed you?" Momo replied jokingly, but received a glare from Dahyun and a stomp to her feet

"Haha they're dead" I tried laughing along but Momo's face immediately changed from a cheeky smile to a remorseful frown

"Sorry about that Y/n, Momo isn't that good with social cues" she sent daggers at Momo's direction again at that last part

"No it's fine, doesn't bother me that much" 

"Either way you're gonna eat something, what do you like?" Sana suddenly spoke 

"Uhhh..." my eyes wandered everywhere and purposefully not meeting Sana's sharp eyes

"Do you want me to pick for you then?" 

"No its fine—"

"Don't you dare finish that sentence." I immediately shut my mouth and simply nodded unsurely 

"Well we all whose top and whose bottom in that relationship," Nayeon laughed and hit my arm playfully while she leaned her head back

Mina eyed Nayeon's every move with care and affection. Her eyes trained on Nayeon's face and the way her eyes turned like upside down moons when she smiled

The night went on as laughter and smiles floated through the air, I stayed mostly quiet throughout.

"Pardon me, I need to step away for a moment " I really didn't but the atmosphere was getting suffocating for me. I felt so out of place among these people, the rich and wealthy, powerful and influential, yet who was I? This world has no place for people like me, lurking in the shadows, afraid of the outside.

I was in the bathroom, leaning over the sink. Lost in my thoughts

"Excuse me Miss, have we met before?" A voice suddenly emerged from behind me, I quickly turned back, but I saw an unfamiliar face instead 

"I don't believe so, who are you if I may ask?"

"Sim Eunjung, you are?"

"Min Y/n, pleased to meet you," I stuck out my hand and she shook it with a firm grip. She must be of a reputable status. She looks rather young, maybe close to my age?

"I must get going, but please do contact me soon, here" she handed me a card and bolted out the door. When I ran after her, she was gone? How could she have disappeared like that in a matter of seconds?

I was twisting and turning my head to see where she could've gone, but I saw no trace of the young women

"Well well well, what do we have here? A peasant among the rich and powerful? Did you get lost little puppy?" Fucking hell.
