PREVIOUSLY ON ESCAPE THE NIGHT...
To recover the second artifact, we had to commune with the dead, but it came at a cost.
"I am here" a possessed Beatrice said. "Trice she took all your strength, causing the condition that you're in" said Lele. "Am I decaying?" Beatrice said scared.
Unearth a coffin and bury one of the group alive, and saving Beatrice. "This is sick!" Joey said, hurt and betrayed.
'I've had enough of this' Oli thought. "What'll we do now?" said Joey

Months Before The Guests Arrived...
A man picks up one of the many knives placed neatly on a table. He holds the knife up with a wicked smile. "It won't be much longer, children. I promise" he said looking over at the family that's tied up in the dining room to the chairs. He walks up behind the father "I am a perfectionist Henry, of the most sincere type. And what I'm doing tonight will make this ugly world a little more refined and dignified" the man said as he was walking behind the children before pulling the hair of the oldest child, making her whine in pain. Then turning to the mother, pulling open her top to reveal her chest, "Oh, they are so lovely" he said, dragging the knife along her chest, making circles. "It is hard to imagine that they could be improved upon" he said, looking back up at the family "But I will try" before plunging the knife into her chest.
The man then puts red lipstick on a mannequin that resembles the mother. "This is how a perfect act can last forever" the man said while fixing the lipstick with his thumb. The cloaked man from before is standing behind him "Your heart holds no equal" he told the him. The man turned around to face the cloaked man "You should see what I've done with the decorations upstairs" that wicked smile still emit on his face.

We are sitting around a circular table, silent while the square box the group found sits in the middle. "Guys, I mean, we've just killed Justine. We buried her alive," Matt pointed out then, I swear, something switched in GloZell. "We buried Justine, but you were acting like you were just so sad, and I just don't believe that you were so sad. I didn't but the act at all Joey." GloZell attacks Joey. I couldn't believe what I was hearing: "You didn't buy my act?" Joey said surprised. "No, not at all you were, 'aw, you know, this my friend'" she said mocking Joey "She was my friend!" he said, heartbroken. "I don't believe that. I don't believe it at all" GloZell further said. That girl needs to calm the hell down.
~{GLOZELL: You know my intuition now is telling me that Joey has got to be in on this}~
"What is wrong with you?" I said in Joey's defense "What is wrong with you?" GloZell retorted back at Joey. "We can argue about this as much as possible and accuse everyone but--" Oli tried to get the group, GloZell, to focus on the task at hand. They bitch at each other some more before I finally bring the attention where it should be "Can we just figure out the box?" "Okay, let's figure out the box" Joey restated. "We have killed so many people already" said Matt "Dude, not helping" I said to him "Technically, we're only killed two" Joey corrected him. I gave him a look of 'really' then Matt continued "We'll there are three dead. "Again, Matt, Not. Helping" I said, emphasizing the not helping part.
~{MATT: I just buried one of my friends alive in this grave and now we have really nothing to show for it except for this black box}~
"My only question is what is going on in here?" Matt asked shaking the box. None of us have a clue as we were passing the box around before I see Oli have a look of frustration on his face.
~{OLI: I've gone through so much tonight. I just want to smash something. I want to get my anger out so I pick this block up, smash it on the table}~
