It all started when Ara was only 8-years old.

She loved playing outside with her friends. She used to play with Jieun, Yoongi, Hoseok, and Jungkook.

Jungkook and Hoseok were Yoongi's best friends first, and Ara had a cute crush on Jungkook so she tagged along with them. She liked to play with him. Whenever Yoongi teased and she started crying, Jungkook and Jieun always stayed with her until she calmed down. Then, together, they planned revenge on Yoongi. Since then, it has become their ritual to tease each other.

And three of them became best friends.

When Jieun asked her why she liked him, Ara replied that Jungkook looked like a bunny, and his chubby cheeks were so cute.
She likes her bunny teeth and chubby cheeks.

One day, when Ara was playing with my friends in the park, which was close to the road, an ice cream vendor caught her attention and ran towards it. What she didn't notice was the danger that was pacing towards her.

A car was approaching her at an incredibly fast speed. When she heard the roaring of the car, she stopped and turned to look in the direction of that noise. As soon as she saw it, Ara froze right where she was. She wanted to run and scream, but, she could not. It was as if someone had glued her legs and tongue.

She couldn't move.

She couldn't scream.

She closed her eyes and thought, 'Do I die here? At this moment? I wanted to play with Jungkook more. I wanted to eat more cookies made by Grandma.'

'But...'

'What? What is happening? I am flying. I saw in movies when a car hit someone, they flew far away. But I am not in any pain.'

'Am I already dead? Just like that?'

Ara kept her eyes closed for a few seconds, but when she did not feel any pain, she opened them.

Whaaaaaat?

She looked here and there, realizing that she was not in the park anymore.

'How did I even get here? I was in the park.'

One moment she was on the playground, and the next moment; at the other corner of the road. I looked here and there to find someone, but no one.

'How did I get here?'

Ara was a child back then, so she thought maybe he'd saved her. She was so happy about it.

She forgets about that strange incident.

But do you know what was strange?

The car.

It was empty when people searched for the driver who was driving. No one was in the driving seat, no one was in the passenger seat, and no one was at the back.

They believed that after the collision, the driver left the scene, and Ara somehow survived. She might have bounced to the other side of the road after the collision. She doesn't know what happened either.

When Ara closed her eyes, she thought that she would die but she didn't feel any pain. Ara felt like someone lifted her and put her on the other side of the road.
