(Y/N): *narration* "Hello again, welcome back to the story. So last time I was able to grab weapons, food, water, clothing and whatever wasn't bolted to the walls. I also learned about some kind of interface was it from the super serum or something else. And nearing the entrance of vault 069, I encountered a massive radroach and shot in the head with the help of VATS, I hope it doesn't become to accurate. Now then, lettuce continue the story."
(Y/N): "Now, to leave and maybe come back the place is very lonely for one man to live in alone. *covers eyes with shades and mouth a bandana* I'm unsure of who or what will be waiting on the outside world, but no time to wait like the present. Time to see what was happened."
I step outside of Vault 069 for the first time in what felt like decades and see not to far a massive city.
(Y/N): "The hell? A city they did say this was a possibility but it looks like they mimic humans in way. I doubt any humans actually survived to create this."
I look around for a garage and luckily I found one. I open it up and find:

(Y/N): "A hover truck, the model is a bit old but it looks like it's seen better times. I think I can work with this." *jumps up and opens car door and it opens* "Yes, unlocked now we are in business! Next thing, keys should be in the glove box *opens glove box and finds random shit inside* "Damn, whoever had this really didn't know how to clean up." *finds keys* "Nice stuff, now to register it to me not like the last person was using it."
*Time skip to do fancy techno registration*
(Y/N): "Done with that now to insert the key and- *hover truck starts* OKay, and we are off to the races. *buckles up seatbelt* Time to head off to civilization, I hope."
*One driving montage later*
(Y/N): "Time to park this thing about here. *close enough to walk to but not too close to draw any weird stares* *parks truck and turns it off drops down from the truck to the floor and locks up the truck putting the key in the interface* "Time to see what this place has in store." As I walk to the entrance of this plaza area I see a no weapons sign, which OK fair enough I put my 10mms away but still keep the baton on hand just to be safe. There could be some unsavory individuals.
I look around and see a weapon shop which didn't make sense, and three different kinds of clothing shops one for head wear one for shirts and one for shoes and all four of them look interconnected. Across was some kind of Café I think. There was a second floor on the right side entering in and it had some kind of news studio, but what really made the place was the massive green tower just in the far north of the area. I look around making sure I don't look too out of place, they are many human-like creatures with squid hair and walking jellyfish. I was confused about this but thought nothing of it. I then see a massive TV screen and it was flickering a bit weird that no one noticed that. Then what looked like the news popped up on the screen. (A/N I recommend starting the music here)
