Meet the X-Army (Part 1)

These will be Octolings freed from mind control and thought suppression that joined Y/N (All of them may or may not be in the harem who knows ;) )

Most of the Octolings from Splatoon 1 will look like this. (With the exception of 25 of them)

All the Octolings from Splatoon 2 will look like this. (Just ignore the octo copters this was the best I could find)

General Purple (Everyone just calls her General) - She's one of the later recruits found and recruited in Splatoon 1 Zone 4. When she was under the control of hypno goggles, she was forced to relay orders from the top brass to all the elite and rookie solders from the first 3 zones. After freed, she becomes the de facto 2nd in command of the X-Army when Y/N is out on missions or not around.

Alpha - She is one of the first Octoling recruits along with Beta in Zone 2 (those are there new names given to them by Y/N as all rookie Octolings in the Octarian army aren't given a name or were forced to remove their name when starting). Y/N sees first hand how the hypno goggles send the wearer in massive amounts of pain when any thought of rebellion or attempt of removing the goggles is. After freeing them both, they become Y/N's greatest confidents in the X-Army acting as the first of several leading generals. (Half-Sister of General Purple)

Beta - Just like Alpha, she is one of the first Octoling recruits. Y/N sees first hand how the hypno goggles send the wearer in massive amounts of pain when any thought of rebellion or attempt of removing the goggles is. After freeing them both, they become Y/N's greatest confidents in the X-Army acting as the first of several leading generals. (Outfit is different)

Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, and Zeta - Some of the later recruits of the X-Army that come from Splatoon 1 Zone 2. Y/N and his starting army start with finding these 4 and notice the the hypno goggles are less faulty or just less painful to wear, but can still cause mass discomfort going against their leader and their orders. After freeing the 4 of them, they become strong fighters like Alpha and Beta but lack the strategy and forethought (mostly Delta) still making them powerful adversaries.

Eta, Theta, Iota, Kappa, Lambda, Mu, Nu, Xi, and Omicron - These 9 are the first Elite Octolings Y/N recruits into the X-Army. They weren't fond of their old names and liked the naming motif Y/N had going, but didn't know what it meant. While the hypno goggles are getting more subtle and less painful the deeper in enemy territory Y/N went, it can still cause a decent amount of discomfort when thinking of "rebellious thoughts" be it subconsciously or not. Mu, Nu, and Xi are sisters with Xi being the oldest out of the three by 8 minutes and 8 seconds.

Pi, Rho, Sigma, Tau, Upsilon, Phi, Chi, Psi, and Omega - The final 9 Top Elite Octolings that had commanding powers that rivaled General Purple that joined in Splatoon 1 Zone 5. They hated giving or resolving orders and were promoted to Top Elites just so their leader didn't have to deal with their shenanigans. These 9 didn't have any hypno gear on them, because they claimed it would "hinder their fighting capabilities" and everyone bought into that lie. Not only were they great at lying, they also had some of the best hand-to-hand combat skills and were really smart (think similarly as smart as Marina but only in making battle plans, not in weapon creation or program creation). While they did hate their superiors, after gaining their freedom from hypnotism, they immediately secretly started plans on forming a rebellion and lead their people to freedom, that was their initial goal when joining the X-Army but decided to stay just because of Y/N giving them basic rights and didn't keep Octolings in line with hypnotism despite the fact they wore similar goggles (the only difference being that the lenses are blue on the surface and aren't a pain in the ass to take on or off). Phi, Chi, and Psi are also sisters with Psi being the youngest of the 3 by 8 hours 8 minutes and 8 seconds. Omega is one of if the strongest Elite Octoling and could take on General Purple in a fight and end it in a draw.
