If Cross is a swap sans.

Blue who has been kidnapped by Error. Befriended by Error.

I think they have a chance to actually be friends if they tried.

Error did the most when it came to Blue though.

Error on one hand chose to keep Cross's soul.

Eagerly chases after him as if it were Blue.

Cross is just a monochromatic Blue that likes chocolate.

Error also likes chocolate.

They both have similar powers at the start of underverse.

Blueberror is actually dead in this story and Error managed to preserve his body.

Next hear me out.

Because Error is a Geno how does the story work?

Well personally I think Errors are remnants of their former selfs making them no longer sanses, but also no longer their original body. If frisk were to become an Error, they would no longer be a Frisk just embody the Frisk and share some of the same emotions they were feeling before they changed.

Why I ship Cross and Error together despite them having little contact with each other.

I personally was watching the episode that XChara and Cross saw their inhabitants in the people of Underswap. XChara seeing Cross in Swap/Blue solidified that for me.

I will be honest.

When I was little I was an InkError shipper. But that was before I knew they never met in cannon. I personally would see now that Error and Ink are argumentive friends or not close. Because Error's personality is so flipping unstable that a soulless being won't be able to help him.

I started shipping Cross and Error when I saw their abilities and how close/similar they are to each other's. Despite it being XChara giving him those abilities. In cannon Cross still has XChara still part of his soul.

Then they both love chocolate they can be chocolate buddies.

There was also a point where I was like if he had the ability to cut himself out why didn't he act faster when Error caught him the first time. Knew his guard was down, but he isn't slow.

Blue has a soul and in my cannon for Error they were once friends turned away due to Error's instability Blue wanting to help/save Error as per his personality traits I kinda saw that is Cross.

When I learned Cross was being shipped with Dream, I didn't really care. Because I never paid much attention, but I did use the basis that Cross is a Swap Sans who grew weary of all the shiz he been through and the fact that Cross was shipped with Dream as a basis for this story.

I know Jakei will not do ships again, but I don't really mind that cause my ship is my ship and I always like to joke that I was the first to make CrossError because it was way back when Underverse first came out that I started shipping them.

I personally find it cute that someone can be obssessed with seeing the best in people or trying to get others to see the best in themselves. Whether that is selfish is up to the reader to decide.

I drafted this story knowing not a lot of people will read because they ship Cross with someone else or ship Error with someone else or prefer Cross be the bottom. Well, can't compete with that.

"Just give them hell" is my motto. The chance to say f* you all I am going to put out a story that I want to see and if no one likes it it will just be for me.
