Bonus Chapter 6(Meat)

*SUP GUYS! You didn't think it was only one chapter this week right!!? I do remember mentioning there was a bonus hehe. This is gonna be a bit short but I really wanted to write it cause... never mind just read xd*

Sasha, Connie, Mina, Nack, and Thomas sat around a small wooden picnic table. The clouds floated above and the blue like that of sapphires today. Campanulas, purple and violet, bloomed quietly in the shade of the wide oaks spreading out their weathered old trunks

"So..." Connie spoke not looking up, with his head resting on his arms, slouching on the bench.

"What?" none of them were in the mood to do much after Trost.

"What about the ham?" Connie sighed blowing at a leaf on the table. Mina seemed a bit dazed, she hadn't even fixed her hair yet. Nack and Thomas were deep in thought. Sasha gave Connie a startled look before returning back to picking at the wood.

"Can't."

"Why?"

"We promised to eat it together. Eren isn't here." Mina twirled her hair around her finger as Sasha grumbled disheartened. 

"It's been three days since we saw him." Nack mumbled.

"I still can't believe he's a titan and he never told us." Thomas tried not to sound betrayed.

"Calm down Tom, he might have never known." Nack peered at his blonde friend.

A tear rolled down from a corner of Sasha's eye as she watched a seagull like bird flit around the sky above her.

"Sorry I was being selfish thinking about the ham." Connie rapped his knuckles against his head frowning fiercely.

"I just... I just can't get past how many people died in Trost. I wish I could go back in time...." He rubbed his nose and banged his fist against the table making the oak leaf flutter slightly.

"I wish Eren was here..." Mina whispered.

"You think he's ok?"

"I don't know... I saw they poked a needle into his back...." Connie trailed off

"You know what?! We're eating the ham!" Sasha snapped suddenly making her four friends jump.

"Whu- you just said-" Thomas spluttered

"Eren would have wanted us to eat the ham!!" Sasha said firmly a blazing fire in her eyes.

"He sealed that wall so that we could be safe and be together again! I'm not going to go against what he wanted!!" They stared at her. Without another word she tore away from the table and they watched her power through the long grass growing wild and waving like a green ocean. A moment later she returned holding a package and a bag of bread buns.

"We're eating if that's the last thing we do!" She roared as she tossed the food onto the table and slumped onto her seat. Sasha stuffed a bun into each of their hands with ferocity they had never seen before. It seemed like her own way of grieving. Tears rolled down her face as she wolfed down her ration of the bread and ham. In reality, Sasha had no appetite... she just felt like it was the right thing to do. All of them followed her lead and began tearing at the food like starving wild animals.

They had not noticed a figure drawing closer to their table until he was right before them. The auburn haired girl jumped as she felt a finger tap her shoulder and she whirled around ponytail swishing.

There... in the sunlight... was.... no it couldn't be... Eren Yeager?!?!

"E-Eren?!" The chestnut haired boy smiled warmly, eyes sparkling.
