tumble down grass, wear worn roads, creaking trees.

"Sir where are we going?" A blonde man with a ponytail called out. He had warm brown eyes and stubble growing on his chin. A tall man, as he sat with an air of confidence on his horse, green cape fluttering behind him.

"The former Head Quarters of the survey corps. It's no more than an old castle although it has been abandoned for a long time." Came a bitter clipped voice at the head of the short parade.

"This HQ might be fancy but it's both far from the walls and the river. A perfect and extravagant place to lock up new ambitious soldiers." This time it was from a toffy brown haired male with wrinkles on his face despite his age. A cravat was tucked neatly under his cape. He glared at the boy next to him with leer.

In the middle of the procession was a boy of 15 years. His face was in the shadow of the cowl of his cape but an aura of darkness and power followed him. Emerald green eyes slightly glowing glared out at the world with a fiery energy. He wasn't tall for his age but one look and it would be best not to underestimate him. He was lithe and springy like a yew bow and had yet to create a reputation.

At the very front a little distance ahead was the very man himself. Humanity's strongest. This man said very little and if he did it was usually death threats. long feline like eyes with small dark gray almost black pupils stared into your soul. A sharp knife like nose rose delicately on his porcelain face and a small straight line was his mouth. He might've been the shortest in the squad but he certainly was the most dangerous. It was as if a storm cloud was always brewing above him. No one dared to insult him in anyway possible. Levi Ackerman would be acting as Eren Yeager's mentor and warden.

At the very back were two other soldiers. A girl turning young woman, with copper and ivory hair cut into a bob, her face was soft and flushed with bright warm hazel eyes. She usually wore a smile that warmed even the coldest temperatures. But don't get her wrong, when she's angry she has the temperament of a wild cat ready slash you to bits.

Besides her is a man with his gray almost black hair slicked back into a point. He was the most mature in the squad although Eld was still second in command. He was steadfast and sturdy, a human ox. The one of the group who was a rule follower.

Eren Yeager continued to ride on his horse, feeling the unsteady ground with every bump and pothole. His hood fluttered around his head, catching the wind, and blowing away from his face. Reaching a hand up he pulled his hood back on. Only one purpose was in his heart as he stared into the dense canopy around him.

Mikasa I'm coming back to you one day... he smiled to himself, ducking his head from the light. Just then, Eren felt a gaze boring holes into his hood. He glanced up quickly, his eyes back too fierce and flaming. It was Captain Ackerman. The moment Eren looked up, the captain looked away with disgust.

Heh... still looking down at me aren't you?

Oluo who had caught the exchanged neared Eren with a scornful leer.

"Don't get too cocky brat. I don't know about any of that titan s*** but having Captain personally observe a pissant like you is pissing me o- AAARG!" with that Oluo Bozado sprang back to his horse and put a hand against his mouth to ease the bleeding. He had bitten his tongue again. Eren turned back towards the wrinkly boy and returned the scornful leer.
