The hallways seemed to go on forever. Jason threw open one of the doors and sprinted through a back hallway. He had been running for what seemed like ages. Jason was starting to tire.

And he knew it.

Jason leaned on one of the walls. He breathed hard. Roxy bursted through one of the doors, making Jason jump. She swiped at Jason with blood soaked claws. Jason dove into a sprint down a flight of stairs and tackled through a door. He thought for a second he might have lost her.

He found himself in a storage room. Jason saw a bunch of boxes, crates, and bins. He hid behind a stack of boxes.

He breathed heavily as he caught his breath. The door he entered through flew from the doorway with Roxy on top of it. She stood up in a crouched posture with her claws splayed open and prowled the room.

"Don't be scared, your parents want me to find you." Roxy said slyly to Jason "I know you can hear me!"

Jason peeked his head around one of the boxes. He saw Roxy stomping over to one of the piles of boxes and crates. She tore into it with her claws. Debris flying everywhere.

"Only losers hide." Roxy teased, she grunted as she tore into another pile.

I gotta get outta here! Jason thought to himself, He looked at what was behind him. He saw a vent. Not too far from where he was.

Jason army-crawled over it. It had screws securing it to the wall. He cursed under his breath. Oh! Wait a minute! Jason suddenly had an idea. He unbuckled his Faz Watch from his wrist and used the buckle to screw the screws off the vent.

One of the screws fell from the vent cover and clattered on the floor. "Ah sh-" Jason started

He heard Roxy start sprinting to his location. Motivated by the danger, Jason pulled the heavy grate off the wall and started crawling into it.

"YOU CAN'T HIDE FROM ME!!!" Roxanne exclaimed

Roxy crashed into the vent, her arm swung through the small crawl space and her claws grabbed hold of Jason's left leg. Her claws dug into his calf and he screamed in pain.

Jason kicked and thrashed his leg. Partly tearing his calf even more. Roxy then released her grip. Jason wasted no time and crawled quickly through the vent and rounded a corner. He heard Roxy's voice echo through the vent, "Sneak away, little coward."

Jason stopped crawling and layed down on his back. His leg throbbed and he felt the slow, warm trickle of blood run down his calf. He didn't want to look at it. He didn't want to know how bad it was.

He closed his eyes and tried to sleep. He didn't get any.
