Roxy Run

Jason had plotted out the path in his head. Going through the Atrium would be the quickest way but probably the most dangerous, Jason was certain Vanny had placed an animatronic or two at the elevators to stop him from leaving. So Jason decided to go the alternate route. He would go to Atrium, but go through the Daycare, which connected directly to the Main Lobby. He was going to make it.

He had to.

Jason skidded around a corner, skinning his elbow on the concrete wall of the back hallway. Roxy crashed into the wall just as Jason bounced off it. I can make it. I can make it! I can make it! I can make it! Jason repeated in his head. His legs moved so quickly that it seemed as though he was levitating off of the ground.

Jason rounded a corner and saw a fork in the road. The hallway branched off in two opposite directions, symbols marked the way it led. Jason focussed on the one marked with an orange sun, Come on! Come on. Don't get tired now!

Jason took a side step and ducked as the grey wolf animatronic's arm swiped, one claw managed to graze his forehead. He rolled on his back and twisted into a running motion once he got back up down the hallway.

He burst into what looked like a rehearsal room. It was a maze of rooms filled with objects and obstacles. He saw a set of stairs leading up. His breath was dwindling, Roxy's voice echoed behind him, "You can't run forever!"

He ignored her and kept running. Jason practically flew up the stairs, skipping steps to make his ascent quicker. His surroundings changed as he went through the massive Fazbear Theatre. He had an idea, and while running, picked up one of the smaller benches for little kids, swung it backwards and let go of it. Letting it soar through the air. It didn't seem to do much as Roxanne Wolf dodged out of the way and continued the chase.

Like a speeding train, he barged through a set of double doors and into the Daycare. He was almost at the Main Lobby. Almost freedom from this nightmare. He thought and this gave motivation to his legs. Circling around the oval shaped Daycare and once more flying up the stairs he pushed open a gate but Roxy grabbed Jason's hood and threw him into the railing. He let out a pained grunt. Jason tried to duck under but she grabbed him again and smashed him up against a wall. He felt the wall push inwards and crack, drywall crumbling onto his shoulders. The small room made an excellent little arena for Roxy, and Jason was the punching bag. A soft and squishy punching bag that could break easily in her grasp.

"After I kill you. I'll kill them." Roxy snarled,

Jason reached for anything he could use. His fingers gripped the lid of one of the trash cans. Jason was flung to the floor, the lid still in hand. The animatronic launched herself into the air, claws spread wide and maw gaping, her teeth glinting in light.

Jason brought the lid up and the round dome of the inside of the lid dented as the heavy animatronic impacted it. He pushed with all his might and slid out from under Roxanne and the now deformed trash can lid. He heard her grunting and the sound of metal shearing as she probably tore through it. As Jason neared a garage door, he triggered the sensor and it opened. He slid under it, dragging his hand on the tile floor to slow down, making a high pitched squeaking.

Jason burst through a set of double doors and into the Main Lobby. He stopped and looked around for his friends. He noticed that the sheet door covering the main entrance had already retracted. His friends were nowhere to be seen. They must have already gotten out. Jason thought to himself, a smile creeped into his face. He started to run again, he was going to-

Jason was tackled to the floor. He hit his head on the carpeted floor. He felt dizzy. The dizziness left him as a searing pain in his fingers shot up his arm as he felt sharp objects rip and tear at his hand. Roxy was overtop of him, his right hand in her jaws, one of her hands was on Jason's throat. Jason's fusion was fading quickly as he started losing consciousness. I can't die here. No. no. no. no. no. Bonnie, I'm sorry.

Jason heard rapid footsteps approaching, and a battle cry shortly after. Roxanne Wolf's hand left Jason's throat, Jason he coughed profusely as he regained his breath. Crashing, grunting, and banging sounded on his left. He then saw Sean standing over him, his golf club dripping with some sort of light blue liquid. Sean reached a hand down to Jason. He took it with his left hand and Sean helped Jason up.

Jason looked to his left and saw Roxy slumped up against the door of the elevator. She was mangled and destroyed, most of her endoskeleton could be seen and most of her joints were bent in the wrong direction. Her face plate was dented and shattered in various places and her bottom jaw hung loosely.

"Come on, man." Sean said, "Let's go."

"Yeah." Jason panted,

With the very much needed help of Sean, Jason reached the doors. His fingers dripped with his own blood. Kate and Brian were already outside waiting. Expressions of shock and fear painted on their faces when they saw the state of Jason.

"At least we made it out." Jason said, he tried to smile, but was too tired to do so.

The group celebrated to themselves.

They did it. Against the odds they did it. In a place that was trying to kill them every second they were there. Yes, they lost a few of their own along the way. He wouldn't forget them. Jason promised himself that. He also promised himself one more thing. Something he didn't even say to anyone else. He was going to come back someday, and he was going to put an end to Vanny.

And that is a promise. Jason thought to himself on the inside.
