"What does she think of herself! She can never change! Ungrateful brat"

You scoffed to yourself and calmed yourself down. On the other hand, Jungkook was utterly shocked.

"S-she l-likes me?"

He said to himself, finding it hard to believe it. Then he remembered all, how you would blush at his compliments, how you always cared about him, your way of seeing him, why you were suddenly not feeling well after he told you he likes Zara. He kicked the chair in frustration.

"What a mess is this!!"

He yelled. He sat down on his bed, taking deep breaths, calming down. A tear escaped his eyes.

"I'm the one at fault! She doesn't have any problem with my relationship with Zara, all she wanted was her and mine old friendship to last forever but what I did? Completely neglected her for Zara. She was already hurt because I liked Zara but I again hurted her by my behaviour. She really doesn't deserve it. But it hurts when I remember that day when she told me I am not her friend anymore. I really don't deserve her"

He sobbed silently, feeling guilty. It was not his fault that he fell in love with Zara, nor was it your fault that you fell in love with him. It was the fault of destiny that these all happened. You were right in your way, Taking stand for yourself and stop being hurted by them but Eventually got hurt again. He too didn't want to hurt you intentionally, but it happened unfortunately.

About Zara, she knew you were already hurt by his actions, she knew it all happened because of her, but still she chose to hurt you again by her harsh words. She still chose to make you feel horrible by all the blame she put on you, but being mentally strong, you didn't fall into her trap and fought back.

You should always be mentally strong, people's play word tricks to make you feel down, to make you feel low of yourself, to break you by your own thoughts, but don't fall into those traps, make yourself mentally strong so no one can dare to play those tactics with you.

Four days went by, you didn't see his face nor did you talk with your step sister. You didn't wanted to interfere in their relationship neither you wanted them to interfere into your life and leave you alone. You phone buzzed, you picked up the call.

"I'm down"
Sana said.

"Coming"

You hung up, wore your coat and went out. You both went to the garden of your town. You sat on one of the empty benches. There were not much people's.

"So, you still like him?"
She asked you. You sigh and closed your eyes.

"Idk! Maybe yes? I'm moving on"

You said. She nodded, not wanting to make more conversation about this topic. She tried to divert your mood.

"Look y/n, this puppy is so cute"

She said. You opened your eyes and saw a little cute puppy coming towards you both. Your heart melted when you picked him up and he quickly jumped into your arms.

"Awww, he's so cute"
You said, cuddling him. Sana caressed his head.

"Who's pet is this? They left him alone?"
She said.

"If he is nobody's pet, then I'll keep him, would you like to stay with me cutie hmm?"

You asked him. He barked cutely. You both chuckled.

"Hey tannie you are here, I was looking for you"
A young boy said, panting as he came running.

"Is this your dog?"
Sana asked him.

"Yes it's mine, sorry to bother you"

He tried to take the dog from you but he was not leaving you.

"Yaah were you lying that it's your dog? Why isn't he coming to you?"
Sana yelled at him.

"Yaah I was not lying. I don't know why he's behaving like this, "
He said, massaging his temple.

"Don't worry I'll keep him"

You said and held him closer to you. His eyes widened.

"What no! His dad will kill me!"
He said. You both looked at him confused.

"What do you mean by his dad?"
You asked.

"His real owner"
He said.

"You just said it's yours and now you are saying his real owner is someone else, you dog thief"
Sana yelled at him again.

"Young lady, can you please shut up, and I'm not dog thief"
He said.

"You jerk-"

Sana was about to curse him, but a deep voice, which felt familiar, cut her off.

"Jimin, have you found tannie?"

He asked the jimin named guy, who was bickering with sana. Your eyes widened after seeing him. He looked at Sana then his eyes travelled to the dog in your lap. He picked him up from you lap.

"Tannie where wer-"

He stopped in the middle when he saw you. He was shocked to see you there so you too.

"You?"

You both said together. Jimin and Sana looked at you both confused.

"You both know each other?"
Jimin asked.

"No, we met once in Paris"
He said.

"Sorry it's my dog, sorry for the inconvenience"

He said. You was lost into his dark orbs, like before. He was heavenly handsome.

"No problem, he's so cute"

Sana said. He was looking at you, you was looking at him. There was silence. Jimin and Sana yelled.

"Guys, are you alive?"
They yelled.

"Huh?"
You both came back to your senses.

"Ahh no need to say sorry, he's so cute"
You said, chuckling awkwardly.

"What's your good name?"
You heard jimin asking Sana.

"Nothing"
She said rolling her eyes.

"That's a weird but good name. Nothing"
He said. She gave him a weird look. He laughed.

"Her name is Sana,"
You said, smiling.

"Nice name, I'm jimin"
He said, extending his hand but she ignored him.

"Ouch! That hurts"

He said, clutching his heart. She mocked him. You chuckled.

"What's your name?"
His deep voice averted your attention to him.

"I'm y/n, you?"

You asked. Beautiful name for a beautiful girl. He thought.

"I'm Taehyung, nice to meet you again"

He said with his boxy smile and your heart skipped a beat.
