"Take this, drink it all off" reem said to Avneet, throwing 2-3 juice tetrapacks her.
" Why so many? At once?" Avneet asked confused, she already felt like eating nothing. They were currently at Nandra mansion.
" so that you could pee. On this" Reem said, then throwing a pregnancy test stick at her, seeing Avneet throwing up like nothing for two days reem couldn't think of any other reason, though she was surprised that her bestie was faster than her.
" Fine, but maybe we're just reaching to conclusions, I can not be pregnant too" Avneet said nervousness creeping over her, it has just been around 7 months for there wedding, will Siddharth be happy?
After using the bathroom Avneet came out with the stick, now keeping it on the table as reem hugged her looking at her nervous expressions.
" don't worry neet, I bet Siddharth would be so happy. He loves you so much, think when gets to know he's gonna be a father to your child he would be over the moon." Avneet smiled at her as they broke the hug.
"Now flip the stick sis." Reem said as they moved towards the table.
As Avneet flipped the stick, As assumed she is Pregnant,it wasn't surprising but exciting. Avneet couldn't find words, they had to be stuck inside, the feeling was entirely different, wierd yes, but good wierd.
" I...I'm Pregnant reemie. Omg reem. I'm gonna be mom. sid and i are gonna be parents. Ohh." She cried as she tightly hugged reem.
" I'm so..so happy for you avi. Sid will be so happy too, when he comes to pick you today don't get over excited, go home first then tell him, gotcha?" Reem said as she broke the hug the Avneet nodded, wiping her tears simultaneously.
" Ree we need to go shopping, come with me ya? And a room for baby we need to renovate the guest room and and will it be a girl or boy? But I'm I really Pregnant? Shouldn't i at least get a check up? I don't want to disappoint---." Avneet's rambling was cut off by reem who held her by her shoulders.
" Avi...avi clam down, I am sure you're pregnant, you won't disappoint anyone, once you tell Sid he will himself take you for a check up and he won't be disappointed if you aren't truly pregnant. So chill we have yet 9 months for shopping don't worry." Reem explained as Avneet sat on the bed huffing cutely.
" Fine"

Avneet ran to the door as the bell to the Nandra mansion rang, reem running behind her to stop her.
Avneet opened the door , eyes landing on Siddharth who was clad in a royal blue suit, which was now hanged on his arm leaving him in a silk white shirt. Avneet hugged him tight jumping on him.
" Avneet stop running your husband isn't going anywhere, you shouldn't be running, you know?" Reem rambles from behind as she reaches the hugging couple. Siddharth chuckled as Avneet pulled back poking her toung out at reem.
" stop teasing my daughter reem" Mr. Nandra said who was now approaching them.
"Heard dad. Bestie?" Avneet scoffed at reem.
" what happened to you today? So cheerful yet annoyed?" Siddharth asked kissing Avneet's cheek, who blushed but pecked his lips taking Siddharth offgaurd. He knew Avneet wasn't so ok with PDA not in front of family. Mr. Nandra smiled, he cannot be anymore pround of his decision to marry his daughter off to Siddharth.
"I'm so happy that I can't Express it in words" avneet says.
" what is that?" Siddharth asks.
" um I'll tell you when we'll be home. "
" good. I also have something to tell you." Siddharth says as he looks at the others holding Avneet's hand.
" so we'll leave, see you dad, bye bhabhi." Siddharth says as they walk out, his voice was stern but he smiled as they walked out towards their car.
" did is everything fine?" Avneet asks as they enter the car.
" Ya, just something's been going on recently and I guess it will upset you," sid says as he starts the car and so drives off.
" what I don't get it?" Avneet asked, face holding a frown.
" can talk about it when we reach home" Siddharth says , avneet nods as the rest of the ride is uncomfortably silent.
It was the first time they hadn't shared iloveus for a long time.
