our interesting journey - part 2- 25

After a while, Vicky, who was standing next to the bus, came inside and laughingly informed the girls that Reyam, along with Chrisjoy, had come back with a surprise. Hearing this, all the girls came running to see what he was talking about. As soon as they saw what was in front of them, they too started laughing at Reyam and Chrisjoy. When Reyam saw this, they said with an annoying look on their face.

this is the only option, we have at hand now, to take our luggage otherwise you can carry those heavy things in your hand ( while pointing at the heavy bags.) and walk to the resort, alright?

(Reyam and chrisjoy had brought a bailgadi along with them, to carry the luggage, seeing this everyone was laughing their heads off...)

At once, one and all stopped laughing, and other guys together with girls started to put the luggage in the bailgadi. They made their way to the resort. After reaching the resort, everyone settled themselves by freshening up and resuming the discussion on attending the ongoing festival in the village.

They all sat on a large wooden table at each corner of the big hall's walls in this one-room resort, as there were no chairs available for sitting.

All the girls and the guys wanted to know what happened with Sarpanch. Reyam said that they tried their best to convince the Sarpanch but with no luck on their side, they were turned down.

Vish+Sha+sim+Ella: what, then what are we going to do now dude, yeah, it feels like this trip will be a wasteful one.

Swayam: no, that will not happen as, I think we should give another try tomorrow..

Rey: exactly, that's what I was thinking swayam, ( he then turned towards the whole group and said..) guy we have to do something about this because our affiliation depends on this.....so we should give another try tomorrow morning, what's say?

Shar+ naha+bell+ zack: yes and this time we will also be joining you guys, to convince that sarpanch...

Swa+Vicky looked at each other and sighed heavily then said: sorry girls suck that can't happen...

Krisha: why not?

Vicky: guys please hum tumhare liye hi bol rahe hain, understand us please....

Naha+ Anna: why should we be the only one understanding you guys every time, yes Neha not liking this, every time us girls understanding....

Swayam: it's okay Vicky let me handle this....

Simmi: yeah yeah swayam, give us a genuine reason to stay behind....

Swayam: alright, Actually, when you people were freshening up after reaching here, we were making arrangements for the food. When I got the food, I set aside a portion for the driver. Then Vicky and I went to give the driver the food in his room. There, we encountered the same group of village guys who were making you girls uncomfortable. They were talking to that fellow, asking him about what college we are from and if he had any personal information about you girls. I think it's safer if you guys let us handle everything. Tomorrow when we meet the sarpanch, I'll talk to him about this matter. So please, until then, don't involve yourselves with anyone. This is my humble request to you girls. And please be aware of your surroundings.

The next day, as planned Reyam, Zack, and Joseph went to meet the Sarpanch, and the other group members awaited their arrival with bated breath. Finally, Reyam came back, but their faces showed no signs of approval. Everyone rushed towards them eagerly to know what had happened. However, just then, a villager came and informed them that the food was ready.

Rey: Okay, see, now I am damn hungry. Let's just eat first, and then I'll tell you about what the hell happened over at the Sarpanch's place, okay?

Swayam: Yeah, Rey is right. You have to have energy to handle these kinds of results. So let's just eat first.

Other group members, what do you mean by this kind of result? What happened, guys? Just tell us already, I am dying of anxiety right now.

They had their food as fast as they possibly could have had, after that everyone sat in the backyard, under a big teem tree.

The whole group kept their years open just to listen to what they had to say and they said to Rey : go on

Rey: so at the Sarpanch's place, we........

Bharat: abe kya vah vah kar raha hai, aage bhi to bol kya hua?

Swayam: it's alright Rey mujhe nahi lagta hai tu bata payega let me handle this....

The whole group's attention was now on Swayam....

Anna+ vish: come on say it alright dude...

Swayam: the Sarpanch said.......

Krisha: Swayam, stop acting already and tell us what happened.......

Reyam at least laughed and said: we got the permission for recording....

The whole group: hurray we got it....thank God, I thought it would be difficult but "All's Well that Ends Well"....

Yess, so let's start preparing for a blown away performance, says Reyam....

Chris+zack: yeah, first we need to select a mind blowing song then according to it, we have to choreographer the steps...

Shar+naha+simmi: Faith, you guys might have some problem with that because it's an Indian song. Do you know how to dance on Indian steps?

Faith: Come on, guys! Are you forgetting who's the captain of our group? It's Cat. She repeatedly made us practice Indian songs for stage performances around the world, so we are quite good at Indian dance steps for Indian songs, to be honest.

After discussing for 4 hours, and finally, they decided on a song and the performances to be done. One was a group performance created by mixing members, and the other was a couples' dance. 8 couples were selected for it but after talking with the Sarpanch, they came to know that only one performance can be done, so they started to prepare for it.
