LOVE INTO THE DARKNESS

Chapter 8

Stryker, who is normally calm, collected, and rational even in difficult situations, suddenly lost control of his emotions as his face was painted with worry and fear. Stryker felt an overwhelming feeling of adrenaline mixed with feelings of helplessness and anxiety about the situation.

" Fleur... " He said it in a mumble, as he was still unable to process it.

His feet began to move slowly, and seconds later he was rushing towards his car, shouting his wife's name in desperation.

" Fleur! " 

Stryker searches for his wife despite the smashed front of his car. The car hood was completely destroyed. It is impossible to see Fleur beneath it, but he still looks for her despite the low chances of getting his wife out of the wrecked car.

" Fuck! Fuck it! " Stryker exclaimed as his heart raced with anxiety and worry. " Fleur! "

Stryker didn't care about anything because he had his mind solely on rescuing Fleur's life. He was desperately searching for her. 

" Stryker, that's enough! " Enzo rushed to stop Stryker, who had lost control because of his emotions. There is a chance that Fleur might already be dead inside the wrecked car. He needs to stop Stryker in order to not hurt himself because of the glass scattered on the floor.

Stryker was pushing Enzo out of his way, and despite being pushed by him, Enzo still tried to stop him because he's worried he might hurt himself too. But Stryker is so strong that Enzo had to call for Archer's help.

Stryker was now in an uncontrollable state due to his overwhelming emotions. He had lost control so much that he even unconsciously hurt his own friends, Enzo and Archer, who had tried to stop him.

" Let go of me! " Galit na sigaw ni Stryker at pinagtutulakan ang mga kaibigan niya.

" Stryker, tama na! " Awat ni Archer. 

Enzo and Archer tried to stop Stryker, who is now uncontrollable. But no matter how much they tried to stop him, they ended up being pushed by Stryker.

" Stryker! " A woman's voice was heard from a distance.

Stryker instantly stopped when he heard that voice. His eyes searched for that particular voice, and he swiftly calmed down when he spotted Fleur standing in the distance, looking at him with a baffled expression.

They all sighed in relief and calmed down when they all saw Fleur. Ang buong akala nila ay patay na ito pero hindi nila napansin na lumabas pala ito ng kotse.

Parang nanghihinang lumapit si Stryker kay Fleur saka kaagad ito niyakap ng mahigpit. Sobrang higpit na para bang natatakot si Stryker na mawala ito sa paningin niya. Kapagkuwan ay naramdaman na lamang ni Fleur na nababasa na ang balikat niya na para bang may pumapatak na tubig roon. 

That's when Fleur realized that Stryker was crying. He is crying while hugging her so tight. For the first time in their five-year marriage, he had cried for his wife. Stryker never felt this kind of fear of losing someone.
