3rd Person POV

"Mommy, I want seconds!" Sayu happily exclaimed as she held up her empty bowl.

Sayu's mother let out a sigh, "Why are you only excited to finish your food when Sana is around?" she questioned before getting ready to stand up.

Tzuyu stood up and grabbed Sayu's bowl, "Ma'am, please sit. I will get Sayu more food."

"Oh, thank you, Tzuyu. That's kind of you," Sayu's mother replied.

"No need, it's the least I can do as you made all of this food for Sa-Sa and me," Tzuyu replied before heading to the kitchen.

Sana and Tzuyu were invited over to Sayu's family's home for dinner. The couple ran into Sayu's mother while they were on their way home to Sana's apartment. Sana had completely forgotten to tell Sayu's mother about her new relationship with Tzuyu, so the older woman was jokingly angry and demanded that the two of them come over for dinner as she had promised Sana when they ran into each other at the mall. The couple obliged as they had no plans for this evening.

Sayu's mother leaned forward to get within whispering distance with Sana, "So, this is the famous Tzuyu I have heard so much about? She's such an angel and a beauty. I am surprised you didn't make her your girlfriend sooner."

Sana started blushing before she realized something, "'Heard about'? I don't remember mentioning anything about Tzuyu to you except that she is my boss and friend," she said before turning to look at Sayu who was clearly acting innocent, "Of course. I should have known. Anyways, it's complicated, so please don't do or ask anything to make Tzu-Tzu feel uncomfortable."

Sayu's mother backed away from Sana before winking at the younger woman, "Don't worry. I won't do anything. I will be supporting you in the background," she replied with a mischievous smile.

Sana let out a sigh before smiling, "I have a bad feeling, but, regardless, thank you."

Tzuyu returned with Sayu's bowl and placed it down in front of Sayu before sitting beside Sana. Sayu thanked Tzuyu before starting to eat again. The three older women laughed at the sight. Unfortunately, Sayu's father was still at work and was missing out on this moment. He would have been very happy to hear about Sana's new relationship as he was just as supportive of Sana as his wife is.

After finishing up with dinner, Sana and Tzuyu had planned to help clean up and head back to Sana's apartment; however, Sayu begged Sana to stay as she wanted to play with her for a bit. Sana was not sure what to do until Tzuyu told her to go play with Sayu while she helped Sayu's mother clean up. Sana gave Tzuyu a kiss on the cheek before heading off with Sayu to the little girl's room.

"What did you want to play, Sayu?" Sana asked as she closed the door.

Sayu went to sit on her bed and patted the spot beside her, "Please sit, Sana-unnie. I want to talk to you about something."

Sana gave a confused look before sitting down beside Sayu, "Is everything okay? Are you okay? Is someone bullying you at school? Are you in danger?" she asked several questions in rapid succession as she started to feel concerned for Sayu.

Sayu shook her head, "Nothing is wrong with me. I am concerned about you."

Sana was bewildered, "Concerned about me? Why is that?"

Sayu started playing with her fingers, "I don't know why, but you aren't radiating the energy you normally do. The Sana-unnie I know has always radiated this bright energy no matter what was happening in her life," she said before starting to tear up, "Today, something just doesn't feel right. There's this tense energy coming from you. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to say. I just don't want my Sana-unnie to get hurt. So please tell me if something is wrong, Sana-unnie. I might be too young to help you directly, but there must be something I can do, right?"
