Aron's POV.

I woke up with power coursing through my veins and realized it was my birthday today and the day I am becoming king, it was quite an honour to become a king of many mythical creature where each and everyone was free to do and be what they want.

to think that in a matter of hours I was going to find out what type of mythical creature I'm gonna be and then to be crowned king. it was a strange feeling, power coursing through my veins as I walked to the front door of Kolt's little hut.

I looked at the forest and all the wonderful sights that was soon going to be mine. it was a magnificent sight and if you look very closely at everything, the trees, the flowers, everything, you could actually see the magic flowing freely from everywhere, making flowers blossom faster, leaves become greener, everything flowing in perfect harmony.

it truly was magnificent.

I suddenly felt a familiar presence and turned to find it was Kolt. how I knew it was him I have no idea, it has probably something to do with the creature I was going to become.

"morning, your majesty." Kolt said with a chuckle. I just shook my head at him and rolled my eyes.

"not yet, Kolt, not yet."

"do you look forward to being the King of Evergreen?" he asked. I shrugged, "I don't think anyone is ever prepared to be the king of a place as wonderful as this, with people like these. nothing I said was meant to be mean, I'm complementing everyone." I added once I saw his face when I made the comment about the people.

he simply just smiled at me, " it because of that, that you will make a good king. you cannot anticipate the future though you can always try to make the best of any situation, so don't worry about anything for now there's more time for that later."

"oh the joy!" I drawled sarcastically. Kolt merely flicked me on my nose, I scowled at him.

"enough of this, you need to get ready for the party and ceremony. so I shall go and collect your clothes that you are to wear tonight. so I'll be back in a few minutes. Stay!" he said with a smirk as I gawked at him in fury, how dare he. I chuckled and shook my head at him as he left, then went to the bathroom to take a shower as I waited for Kolt to return.

as I came out in nothing but a towel I saw Kolt laying on the bed staring at me. he quickly sat up straight and blushed lightly, I blushed like crazy as I stood their in nothing but a TOWEL. he coughed and stood up handing me the clothes that I was supposed to wear for today.

"yeah, uh, thanks. -" cough, cough."- ill uh, just... uh, go and get dressed." I said. I felt really awkward for some reason. I simply brushed it off and headed back to the bathroom to change.

once I was fully dressed I went back outside I saw Kolt checking me out to see if everything fit and was in the right place, I think so anyway.

he nodded and lead me to a mirror so that I can see what I looked like. I gave a silent gasp out of shock.

I wore a pair of brown leather pants with a dark brown belt, a light brown shirt that fit snug against my body, a brown over jacket and a pair of boots. I looked awesome, almost like a hunter but a bit more sophisticated. (A//N please use your imagination, imagine a Robin Hood type of outfit. okay)

i felt great in these clothes. we walked outside and you could smell the food the were making for tonight, seeing as it is already mid afternoon and everything. Kolt shifted and then we were off. though the flight was much shorter it was still fun.

i greeted everyone asbi walked past them, heading to the centre of the place, i think it was a village. it is now a village. hehe.

the great hall was in the centre of the village where i was going to be crowned king, the same place my i met the elders and discovered my powers. i just hope the elders were going to go through with crowning me king. as i got there i could see that the elders were not happy about today, but i didnt care.

there was even a bonfire in the middle giving off white and blue flames, it was amazing. as the day progressed and as it was getting darker i was getting more excited and even more anxious about the ceremony and the party.

all of a sudden there was silence around us and i saw that one of the elders, the one that attacked me went and stood up, clearing his throat.

"today is a of great for us as we get ready to crown a king. we are forunate to have a king for it will make our land rich and full of prosperity. we are also celebrating the birthday of our future king. tonight is also the night that he will be one of us, a supernatural." the witch said.

with that he called me. i went to him and bowed out of respect, he bowed back stiffly, i knew he didnt want me to become king, but it wasnt his choice and he didnt have a say in the matter.

"do you Aron, solemly swear to be the best king to your ability and to guard these people, to keep them safe no matter what?"

"i do."

"Now, before you become king, have you chosen what supernatural you are going to become?"

"im afraid it was already chosen for him" Kolt said as he stepped forward.

"how do you know that?" the witch asked him.

"i just do."

"well then, what is he going to be?"

"i am Evergreen." i spoke, even though it wasnt my voice, i knew it was true, "i am here, i am there, i am everywhere, i am Evergreen. i am you, i am them, i am every one."

i gasped as i felt the power flow through me, i felt the trees breathing, the water flowing, i felt all the animals, everyone and everything, i felt a deep connection with everyone and i have to say it feels amazing, almost like i can do anything, i looked around and found that my senses were so much better; my eyesight, my sense of smell, my hearing, even my muscles felt stronger and more agile.

all in all i felt powerful. it was awesome.

i looked at Kolt and smiled. he smiled back.

Kolt then bowed before me, as did everyone else in my sight.

"you are now King of Evergreen."
