Y/n's POV
A few days later, your body had fully recovered after many naps and glasses of water. It almost felt like a dream when you could stand without aching everywhere.
Luckily, you weren't lonely either since a few members of the Black Bulls would meet you, bringing you stuff that would entertain you for when you did get bored. Mainly it was books, which is how you caught upon the rules and their concept of reality now.
Today you were ready to leave the infirmary room and go with this William guy. You would be lying if you said you wasn't nervous, but the fact that Mimosa was there also made you feel better. She's was your best friend, and was always the one who visited you first, also bringing you more gifts than others.
You sighed at your dragons, " Aegir, that's your sisters food, not yours," You told him, earning a small screech of disappointment. Your two dragons - Aegir and Aeris - were each a boy and a girl. The Wizard King knew how much you treasured your dragons, so he brought food in for them to have.
A knock on the door was heard, and a man with a feathery looking mask walked in. Behind him was Yuno and Mimosa, who sent you a small smile, well Mimosa did at least. You gathered by the posh look that this was William.
Your baby dragons tried to roar at him to stay away since he was a stranger, but it only came out as another cute screech. You clicked, " Aegir, Aeris, it's alright",
They ran to you across the bed and curled into your lap, feeling at ease now that you trusted this man. You looked up from them and met the purple gaze of William. His smile was warm and gentle, " You must be Y/n. The Wizard King did tell me that you had dragons, but I didn't expect there to be two,"
Now entirely confused, you asked, " Why is everyone so surprised about my dragons?"
Mimosa and Yuno exchanged a look as William responded to your question, " They became extinct 4 years ago because our King made sure they all died",
A burning anger coursed through your veins, causing you to grip the sheets. Dragons were special to you and an unfamiliar hatred clenched your heart at the thought of the King. Maybe, just maybe, he was linked to your past somehow. But what exactly happened? So many thoughts and feelings overwhelmed you, making you grip the bed sheets whilst glaring at the floor.
" Y/n?" The soft voice snapped you out of your thoughts and looked up to see Mimosa sending you her usual smile, but this time it was hidden with concern.
" I'm alright. When do we leave?"
You didn't notice until now but William carried a bag. He passed it to you and watched you open it, inside was a new change of outfit. It was a lot better than the white nightgown you were wearing now. " Go and get changed and we'll set off,"
You nodded and walked into the bathroom across the room and closed the door behind you. The dress was a nice blue shade that split just down the middle of your chest. The sleeves were long and baggy at the elbows and gold outlines were decorated on the outline. The dress was simple and straight, it wasn't puffy or like a ball gown.

After getting dressed, you brushed your hair and teeth before walking outside the room. The dress fit your curves perfectly, along with it shaping your body nicely. Mimosa blushed from how beautiful you were, not in a romantic way, but how much she wishes she had your beauty.
Your two dragons landed on your body, one clutched onto your arm and the other on your shoulder. William walked out the room and went outside before sitting on his broom, along with Yuno and Mimosa. In that moment you realised that you had no idea how to control a magic broom.
William chuckled at your problem, finding it amusing and watched as Yuno casted a spell that made you float on a cloud of wind. You thanked him and headed to the Golden Dawn area. When you arrived, you had received strange and shocked looks from other Golden Dawn members.
Their stares were slightly overwhelming, but you didn't let it bother you. Yuno walked beside you, " Just ignore them. They fear and judge what they do not understand," You responded with a hum, your soon dragons falling asleep on your arm and shoulder. You asked, " You get experience from them like this?"
He chuckled, " Yeah. When you're a commoner from a low status village it's hard for them to acknowledge power," A tinge of sympathy was felt within you for him, even though he didn't want it. He was used to it and it only drove his ambition to become the Wizard King more.
William led you to your new room and it was gorgeous. It had a double bed in the corner - with a beige bedding - with a desk and a balcony. In the corner of the room was a wardrobe that was yet to be filled with clothes.
You thanked him and admired the view from the balcony, loving the sight of the entire clover Kingdom just outside your window. He nodded at your gratitude, " Maids will be sending more clothes shortly. If you need anything, Yuno is the room next door to yours,"
He then left you be to sort stuff out in your room. You think that you're actually going to like it here after all.
