During this time, Linda had made her way to London Heathrow Airport, where her plane to America, she was alone, due to Lee catching an earlier flight. "I can't believe this….. I'm really considering becoming an official citizen of The United Kingdom, not only myself, but my daughter too.."Linda mumbled to herself, as she looked at the ticket counter. "Maybe, maybe dad's right, maybe this is all too much for Heather, she's just a little girl." She continued on as she began to walk towards the ticket counter, where this elderly woman was standing helping people check into their flight. "Hello, my name is Linda Eastman, I'm checking into flight A-580." Linda soon said, as she approached the desk, and began to open her purse to look for cash. "Alright Ms. Eastman, let's see the status of your flight." the secretary began sweetly, as she took Linda's identification card to verify her departure, but as Linda waited three younger ladies were watching with curiosity,

"I'm so sorry Ms.Eastman, but flight A-580 isn't going to be in England, until early this morning around 4-5am, but if you'd like to, feel free to wait in the terminal." The secretary suggested as she returned Linda's card to her, and the girls behind Linda began to snicker. "Alright, thank you." Linda then replied with appreciation as she headed to one of the chairs. Once Linda was settled, the three girls walked up to her, and watched her with wonder. "Do you think that's the real Linda Eastman?" One of the girls with curly brunette hair asked. "Who's Linda Eastman?" Another girl, who had blonde straightened hair held with a plastic light blue headband asked with curiosity. "The new girl Paul's been dating, duhhhh." The third girl with short black hair answered in an extremely snotty tone. The three girls soon walked closer toward Linda, who was watching other people walking around the airport.

"Pardon, are you American photographer Linda Eastman?" The first girl asked, as she cleared her throat and the two other girls huddled around. "Um, yes I am, why?" Linda soon asked with unease as the two other girls squealed. "Oh my goodness! We can't believe that you're dating Paul McCartney!" The third girl began to exclaim as the other girls began to hysterically jump around. "Well, we're not that serious."Linda answered as the girls continued to scream with excitement. "My name is Mindy, I'm from Essex, and I'm the president of the MaccaGirls club of the West Essex chapter!" The second girl suddenly introduced herself as she tried to calm herself down. "I'm Doreen, I'm the president of Beatlettes, the biggest fangirl group for the Beatles in Glasgow, headquarters in Castlemilk."the third girl soon interrupted. "Yes, and I'm Becky McClinderau. I'm the founder of the Women of Wales Alliance for The Beatles, the biggest fan club in all of Wales, pleasure to meet your acquaintance."The first girl introduced herself, she was certainly the most calm of the three, which Linda appreciated.

"I see, well I'm sorry to put an extreme damper onto your parade, but I'm not dating Paul, we're just friends with each other." Linda answered as all the three girls scoffed. "Nonsense, you can't expect us to believe that, we saw the photos taken at the Sargent Peppers launch party." Becky soon argued and Mindy nodded. "Just look at him, he's definitely fallen for you, no one could deny that." Doreen added as she held up a neatly kept newspaper clipping that showed an image of Paul and Linda together, in the photograph Linda was kneeled down trying to take her own pictures of Paul, who was resting his head on the palm of his hand and looking at Linda with deep eyes filled with admiration. "He's like a little lost puppy, how adorable!" Mindy squealed with joy as she held her fists up, and squeezed them with all of her might.
"It was just an assignment for my photography job, that's it, I swear."Linda tried to explain deliberately avoiding the questions and attention as she grabbed her purse and suitcase. "Oh please, Linda, you've gotta tell us, what's it like to be in the same room as Paul?" Doreen asked as she shoved herself infront of Mindy. "I bet his eyes sparkle like hazelnut trees in summer's wake!" Becky began to fantasize as Linda tried to back up away from them. "Look, you're all wonderful, but I've been up since way early this morning, and all day has been crazy, I need some peace and quiet." Linda pleaded as she waved her hands in hesitation as the girls kept following her. "Does Jane Asher know about you?" Doreen asked as she pushed Becky out of the way this time. "Yeah? Was she miffed at you?" Mindy asked as Linda continued trying to back away. "I really am not dating Paul, he's a great guy, but we're just friends, cross my heart!" Linda begged as she struggled to hold onto her purse.

The girls however, kept pursuing, until Linda lost grip of her purse and items began to spill onto the linoleum floor. "Fuck!" Linda soon cried underneath her breath, as the three girls looked at everything that had fallen out in awe. "What's this?" Becky soon asked, as she bent down, and grabbed the pen device. "What did you find Becky?" Mindy asked as she and Doreen walked up closer. Linda watched the girls as they investigated, and bit her bottom lip, and sweat profusely dropped off her forehead. "Oh good god!" Doreen soon exclaimed as she noticed what Becky was holding. "Holy shite! You're expecting a baby, aren't you?! Paul's baby isn't it?!" Mindy asked as she looked at Linda with her eyes widened. "She is, you dunce!" Doreen corrected Mindy, as she flicked Mindy's forehead, and Becky shoved the both of them away. "If it's a girl, you better name it Rebecca. The Women of Wales Alliance for The Beatles will highly appreciate it." Becky advertised as Doreen rolled her eyes, and nudged Becky out of her way again, making Becky drop the pregnancy test to the ground, "Nonsense, she's gonna obviously name the baby Doreen, as Paul loves his Scottish fans more!" Doreen argued as Linda tried to sneakily grab her belongings while the girls were distracted with their fight.

The commotion soon caught the attention of one of the police officers who was always on duty at Heathrow Airport. "Hey what's going on over here?" He asked as he put his hands on his hips and looked at the three girls with disdain and anger. The three of them froze in their tracks, as they looked up at the officer. "Rebecca! I don't wanna get in trouble! You know how much money my mum paid for this trip?!" Doreen scolded, as Becky looked back at her with fear. "Explain yourselves! Why are you three harassing this woman?" The policeman questioned as he cleared his throat sternly, and Linda continued watching the girls as she trembled. "She's dating our idol, we just wanted to meet her sir!" Mindy soon answered, as the other two remained frozen. "Names." the officer asked, strictly as Mindy gasped. ""Mindy Mae, Mindy Mae Kinn, I live on 239 Anthony Avenue in Essex, England." Mindy soon confessed as Becky cleaned herself up. "My name is Rebecca Janelle McClinderau, I'm from Wales." Becky soon answered as Doreen watched with horror, "And I'm Doreen Annette Jones, from Glasgow, please don't tell my mother!" Doreen cried, making Linda's fear dissolve as she couldn't believe how childish these girls were behaving.

"Ages?" the policeman asked as he then pulled out an empty notebook. "I was born, ummm February 4, 1957 sir." Mindy once again answered first, as the policeman nodded, and then looked at the other two. "Ummm, September 12, 1956.." Doreen answered, as Becky gulped. "December 11, 1956." Becky soon answered with shame, as the policeman wrote down in his book. "Alright, now where are you three headed?" He asked as Linda looked at them with disbelief. "This Beatles conference is being held in Washington D.C...we're planning for the fifth anniversary of the Ed Sullivan show appearance...it's on February 9, 1969, it's an extremely big deal!" Becky explained as her nervous smile showed off her metal braces in her mouth, and Linda watched with amazement, at the fact girls so young, were so obsessed with the father of her unborn child.
