"ishq ki dhuuni roz jalaye
uthta dhuya to kaise chupaye?"

JANHAVI

After waiting for him for several minutes I was feeling so bored. People around were dancing randomly to some weird rap song which was so loud ki mera kaan phat raha tha. Women out here were wearing really really short and exposing dresses. People were kissing each other. To top of things, Ishan ji had gone somewhere which was not within my line of vision.

Bhagwan main kaha aa gayi?!

Finally I thought to call him. As soon as I took my phone out, a man in his late twenties maybe, approached me. He was dressed in formals.

"Is the lady alone?" He asked me.

I nodded, maybe he was someone assigned to escort lost people?

"A bold dressing choice I must say. You're looking pretty"

I smiled.

Apna kaam karna bhai

"Tum itni kam baatein karti ho ya there's a problem?"

"Main anjaan logon se itni kam baatein hi karti hu" I said not so politely.

He chuckled at my comment. "You come to a club looking so beautiful and then expect ki anjaan log tumse baat nahi karenge?"

I gave him a faint smile and looked away.

Until now I had realised that he is some random guy eating my head and is not here to help me out. Okay he was not that creepy but what's the need to talk so much?

Jaa kyu nahi raha?

"Hey can I buy you a drink?"

"No I guess"

"Please? I would love to spend some time with you"

"I dont drink alcohol"

"The bar would probably have something non-alcoholic"

Kitna chipku hai!

Nevertheless better than someone jo mujhe pura bhul gaye hain.

I finally went along with him after too much of persuasion.

"Do you have any virgin drinks for this beautiful lady?" He asked the bartender.

The bartender nodded and made me a virgin mojito. I recognised it immediately because I have seen many videos on how to make homemade mojito but failed miserably.

He then ordered a glass of champagne for himself.

"So may I know your name?" he asked sipping on his champagne.

"Janhavi" I replied.

I wanted to let him know my full name but I was unsure that I should give away my identity like that or not.

"Name is as elegant as you"

"Thank you for the drink" I replied.
