: ̗̀➛ In the heart of the school, where the sun filtered in through dusty windows, there was a room. It belonged to Alice, a girl who carried an air of mystery wherever she went. The room itself was a reflection of her enigmatic nature, with tendrils of ivy creeping across the walls, giving the space an almost ethereal feel.

One cold afternoon, Y/N decided to visit Alice. She pushed open the heavy wooden door to find the room enveloped in a chill, the tendrils of ivy seeming to shiver in the draft.

"Hey, Alice," Y/N called softly, stepping inside and closing the door behind her. "It's freezing in here. Are you trying to turn your room into an icebox?"

Alice looked up from her book, a small smile playing on her lips. "Just trying to keep things interesting," she replied, her voice as smooth as silk.

Y/N rolled her eyes playfully. "Well, consider me intrigued," she said, crossing the room to sit beside Alice on the bed. "Mind if I warm up in here for a bit?"

Alice glanced at her, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "Depends," she said teasingly. "What's in it for me?"

Y/N grinned, leaning in close. "Oh, I don't know," she said, her breath warm against Alice's cheek. "Maybe I could keep you warm too?"

Alice's cheeks flushed pink, and she pretended to cough into her hand to hide her smile. "Smooth," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Y/N laughed, feeling a warm flutter in her chest. Being around Alice always had that effect on her. "So, what are you reading?" she asked, nodding to the book in Alice's hands.

Alice held it out for her to see. "Just some old poetry," she said, her voice soft. "I find it soothing."

Y/N glanced at the page, her eyes scanning the words. "Mind if I read some with you?" she asked, already reaching for the book.

Alice hesitated for a moment before nodding. "I'd like that," she said, her voice barely audible over the sound of the wind outside.

And so, they spent the afternoon together, reading poetry and talking about anything and everything. Y/N realized something.

She was falling for Alice, and she didn't mind one bit.

Their conversations flowed effortlessly, ranging from the profound to the utterly ridiculous. They talked about their dreams, their fears, and everything in between. Y/N found herself captivated by Alice's every word, by the way her eyes sparkled when she laughed and the way her voice softened when she talked about things she loved.

As the hours passed, the room seemed to grow warmer, the tendrils of ivy no longer shivering in the draft but basking in the glow of their shared laughter and conversation. Y/N couldn't remember the last time she felt so at ease, so completely herself.

Eventually, the conversation turned to more serious matters, and Y/N found herself opening up to Alice in a way she never had before. She talked about her fears and insecurities, her hopes and dreams. And to her surprise, Alice listened intently, offering words of comfort and support that made Y/N's heart swell with affection.

"You know," Alice said softly when Y/N had finished speaking, "you're pretty amazing."

Y/N felt her cheeks flush pink. "Thanks," she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper.

Alice smiled, a soft, genuine smile that made Y/N's heart skip a beat. "No, really," she said, her voice earnest. "You're one of the most incredible people I've ever met."

Y/N felt her heart swell with emotion. She had never felt this close to anyone before, never felt so understood and accepted. In that moment, she knew that her feelings for Alice went beyond friendship, that she was falling for her, hard.

And as she looked into Alice's eyes, she saw something there, something that mirrored the feelings she had been trying to suppress. Without a word, without a second thought, she leaned in and pressed her lips to Alice's, her heart pounding in her chest.

For a moment, the world seemed to stand still, and then Alice was kissing her back, her lips soft and warm against Y/N's. It was like nothing Y/N had ever experienced before, like all the pieces of her heart were falling into place.

When they finally pulled away, they were both breathless, their faces flushed with emotion. And as they looked at each other, a silent understanding passed between them, a recognition of the bond that had formed between them.

"I think I might be falling for you," Y/N said softly, her voice barely audible over the sound of her own heartbeat.

Alice smiled, a soft, radiant smile that made Y/N's heart skip a beat. "I think I might be falling for you too," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Without another word, Y/N leaned in, wrapping her arms around Alice in a warm, tight hug. Alice hesitated for a moment before returning the embrace, her arms encircling Y/N's waist as if she never wanted to let go.

In that moment, surrounded by the warmth of the room and the tenderness of their shared affection, Y/N knew that she had found something truly special, something worth holding onto with all her heart. And as they stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, she knew that this was just the beginning of their incredible journey together.
