However, behind her mischievous façade, Zip had a softer side, one that she rarely showed to anyone. Those who were close to her knew a different Zip—one who was playful, caring, and even kind-hearted. And then there was you. You had seen both sides of Zip and somehow, you had fallen for her.

It all started one rainy afternoon. You were sitting under the school pavilion, waiting for the rain to let up. The storm was fierce, and the heavy drops drummed loudly on the roof. You were lost in your thoughts when you heard a familiar voice.

"Hey, Y/N! Fancy meeting you here." It was Zip, with her usual mischievous grin.

"Zip, what are you doing here?" you asked, a little surprised.

"Same as you, waiting for the rain to stop. Mind if I join you?"

You shrugged. "Sure, why not?"

Zip sat down next to you, a bit closer than you expected. There was a comfortable silence between you two as you watched the rain pour down. Zip broke the silence first.

"You know, most people don't get me. They just see the troublemaker," she said, her voice softer than usual.

"I think there's more to you than that," you replied, looking at her.

She turned to you, her eyes twinkling. "Oh? And what do you see?"

"I see someone who cares a lot about her little brother, who can be kind and fun to be around. And... someone who might be more than just a troublemaker."

Zip chuckled. "You've been paying attention."

"I guess I have," you admitted, feeling your cheeks warm up.

Zip leaned back, stretching her arms. "You know, Chip talks about you a lot. He likes you."

"I like him too. He's a good kid," you said, smiling.

"And what about me?" Zip asked, her tone suddenly serious.

You looked at her, your heart racing. "I... I like you too, Zip."

She grinned, but there was a softness in her eyes. "Good, because I've liked you for a while now, Y/N. I just didn't know how to say it."

You felt a wave of relief and happiness wash over you. "Really?"

"Really," she confirmed, scooting closer. "You're different from everyone else. You see me, the real me."

Before you could respond, the rain began to let up, and the sun peeked through the clouds. Zip took your hand, pulling you up. "Come on, let's go for a walk."

You followed her, hand in hand, as the world around you sparkled with raindrops. As you walked, you talked about everything and nothing. Zip showed you her favorite spots around the school, places where she would hide out when she needed a break from her troublemaking reputation.

At one point, you both ended up at the park near the school. There was a small playground where Chip often played. As if on cue, Chip appeared, running towards you both with a big smile.

"Y/N! Zip!" he called out.

"Hey, Chip!" you greeted, crouching down to his level.

Zip ruffled his hair affectionately. "Hey, buddy. What are you up to?"
