On the previous chapter...

"What are you doing?!" I grith, trying not to move my lips too much.
He fake smiles at me. "Dancing with my fiancé".

I scoff. "Enjoy it while you can".
"I am not enjoying it". He replies. "I would rather leave my hands in the mud for hours then touching you".

"How sweet". I fake smile at him. "The feeling is mutual"

He is so close to me now that I can fully scan his face without him saying anything about it. He has a scar from his eyebrow that runs down to his jaw almost. He also has one on the other side of his face, down to his jaw but this one is small.

I noticed that he has a lot of moles especially on his cheeks and one above his full lips.

"Are you done staring?" He asks.
"I wasn't staring". I argue back. "I was just wondering about the ugly face I will be seeing every morning".

We keep on swaying to the music. He rolls his eyes. "Have you always been a liar?"

He knows that he is a good looking man but he doesn't seem like the type that likes the attention of the ladies. He is more laidback.

He is quiet and reserved. Only speaks when he needs to. His presence is already enough.

"I am not a liar". I state.'"If there is one it is you, with your whole facade show for the outside world".

"If I wouldn't be marrying you, you would be believing the facade too". He says.

I opened my mouth to say something back but Vincent disturbed us. "May I have this dance with you?"

The head bodyguard of the French mafia. He almost made it to the top by babysitting Mauro around. Expressive.

Actually they all are headaches to me. The mafia princess, her clone brother, the brother of his girlfriend. It's too much to name them all and that is a problem.

I let them all disrespect me once and that's it. They better start counting their days. The only reason why I won't kill them now is because I need to be the perfect son in law of course.

How can I be a good son in a law if I kill then right away? Exactly, that would be a shame.
