chapter fifteen

Draco sat on a chair in the principal's office. Harry stood next to the principal and Dumbledore sat in the big chair. "you called." Draco said. "it's your grades." He said. "so the principal handles that now?" Draco asked. Harry rolled his eyes. "Draco, we've discussed this at home, your behavior at school is bad." Harry said. "so?" Draco asked. "you ran away on a school trip." Dumbledore said. "yeah, I did and I had a valid reason." Draco said. "running away is never okay." Dumbledore said. "what are you gonna do expel me?" Draco said. "you guessed it right for a week at least." Dumbledore said. "pardon me?" Draco asked. "I'm sorry." He said. Draco stood up. "well that's clear." Draco said. "Draco wait." Harry walked towards him and picked up his hands. "stay away from me you fucking asshole." Draco walked away and bumped into Pansy.

Well that was a great start for Monday. Draco opened his locker and picked everything out of it. he walked towards Harry's car and sat down. Harry sat in the car. "are you mad at me?" Harry asked. "now I know that it's actually to send me to Hogwarts so I know about what I'll be teaching next year, no." Draco said. Harry smiled. "I only think you could've warned me." Draco said. Harry chuckled and put his hand on Draco's leg. "but I will not tolerate what you said to me, I'll have to punish you a little bit." Harry said. Draco looked up at him.

When they arrived home Harry saw a car he didn't recognize they went inside and he found Marlene McKinnon crying in his dad's arms. "what happened?" Harry asked. "Dorcas broke up with me." She cried. Harry eyed Draco. "it'll be alright, you guys are made for each other, it'll be fine." Harry said. "you know Harry, usually when we have a fight she just ignores me or yells at me, but she broke up with me, threw me and all my possessions out and blocked me everywhere." She looked up at Harry and her eyes widened when she saw Draco. her eyes were covered in messed up eyeliner and mascara. "who are you?" she asked. "I'm Draco Malfoy, are you alright?" Draco asked. "do I look alright?" she asked. Draco sat next to her. "why did she break up with you?" Draco asked. "She cheated on me with Mary fucking Macdonald and I caught her and she started yelling at me, I wanted to give her another chance." Marlene said. "that's really brave of you, but it's for the best. You know I've been cheated on for four times. I'm only eighteen and had only six other boyfriends in my life. It broke my heart every time too. You know what helped?" Draco asked. she shook her head. "eat ice cream and sing along to Taylor Swift." Draco said. she smiled and looked up. "you're cool." She said. "thanks." Draco smiled. "are you a guy?" she asked. "yes." Draco replied. "good clothing style, we're going shopping once." She giggled through her tears. "thanks, I'd love that." Draco smiled. "dad we should go grab a coffee." Harry said. "yeah, wait I'll ask Regulus." James stood up and after a quarter they left. "so how do you know Harry?" Marlene looked at her phone for the right playlist. "he's my teacher." Draco said. "what?" she asked. "well, technically he's not a teacher." Draco smiled. she chuckled. "what kind of ice do you like?" Draco asked. "chocolate." She smiled. Draco chuckled and walked towards the freezer and got strawberry for himself, when he sat down Marlene was singing loudly to Taylor Swift Draco smiled and quickly joined in.

After quite some time they crashed down on the couch Marlene in her arms. "how's your relationship with Harry?" she asked. "good." Draco said. "no I mean who's bottom?" she asked. "obviously me." Draco said. she smiled and looked over at him. "do you have any secrets in your relationship?" she asked. "as in about our relationship or between us?" Draco asked. "both." She said. "well we have a dom-sub relationship." Draco replied. She smiled. "I've never met someone who had that, is it nice?" she asked. "yes, it is. Subspace makes me forget everything and it feels so nice." Draco said. "looks like there is a lot on your mind." She said. "well my parents died, I didn't have a great childhood and yeah it just feels good to have Harry." Draco smiled. "you've been cheated on before?" she asked. "yeah, a lot." Draco faked a little smile. "how did you feel?" she asked. "I moved on quickly, so I could get into subspace again." Draco replied. She smiled. "did it hurt when you weren't?" she asked. "a lot, but I had one boyfriend who was very abusive. I still have marks from that. the BDSM he carved my skin deeply and I ended up in the hospital four times, or so during the relationship because in subspace you can't give consent." Draco said. she nodded. "so he used you?" she asked. "he did, but I did too. I really loved my relationship before that. until he cheated on me." Draco said. she nodded. Draco put his ice cream aside. "are you like a lesbian?" Draco asked. "I am." She said. Draco smiled. "you know, I don't understand why boys understand my problems more than my girlfriend." She said. "what kind of problems?" Draco asked. "well you've been cheated on too, Harry's seen his best friend die too, you've seen your parents die too, James has a personality disorder, Remus is a werewolf and needs his monthly dose of chocolate too, Sirius and I are just best friends and Regulus understands my period." She said. Draco smiled. "I'm happy we can be there for you." Draco said. she smiled. the door opened and everyone walked back in. Harry smiled at Draco. "well I guess I'll leave." She said. "no way, you're not going to leave with a broken heart and no place to go." James said. "I'm gonna go throw up." Regulus left the room. "what's up with him?" Harry asked. "not the time." James said. Harry rolled his eyes. "look you can even sleep in Harry's bed." James added. She smiled a little bit. "I can't ask that from you." Marlene said. "I'll invite my mom to come over." James said. "look if you're insisting." She shrugged. James smiled.
