Last week, my parents kicked me out. It was devastating. Thankfully, the Hunters happily took me in and life is good but strange and very interesting now.
I am currently sleeping in Victoria's bedroom floor on a mattress. Mr. Hunter is figuring out how to move the extra bed into the next room, which basically has no purpose.......well, until now. Every other day, Mrs. Hunter, Victoria and I go back to my house for me to grab some more things from my old room, with Victoria helping me, and Mrs. Hunter trying to talk to my dad, about how it isn't right to throw away a child like that, and that he shouldn't have kicked me out because I was interested in another subject.
Mr. Hunter works with houses for his job. He is a real estate agent, as well as the person who builds the house, paints, does the plumbing and so on and so forth. He keeps asking me what color I want my room to be, and I keep telling him that I don't want to make them pay for anything that I need or want. They haven't had to pay for food for me yet because 1) apparently Victoria is a very picky eater, so she usually will just make some noodles or macaroni or something, and I'll eat what should have been for her and 2) the ward has been ever so kind to sign up to 'feed' us, bringing over soups and casseroles.
Its a little weird living with a friend, but also calming, and I have gotten to know her inner self outside school and in public. Victoria really is a spunky, spirited, funny, outgoing person. Apparently her favorite color is Aqua even though her room is light purple(they haven't had the time over the past 2 years to change it).
Mrs. Hunter's cooking is like, wow. Its just like, oh my gosh like I cant even explain it, its just like stinking wonderful. She made Baked Potato Soup 2 nights ago and its bae, its soooo good. Its a really thick creamy soup with chopped up baked potatoes and some almost tasteless green spice plant thingy, and you put grated cheese and BACON bits on top of it, it is just like, heavenly.
Victoria has a puppy! His name is Chang, and he is an Austrian(or Australian I can't remember) Shepard Beagle. I might die that thing is so. freakin. cute!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHH!
So yeah, so far life here is good, hopefully it will stay that way...
