After school Hanni was waiting with his friends to be picked by Jungkook up because his mumma had said he would come to pick him up today. And Minji's nor Suho's moms hadn't arrived to pick them up yet, even though they lived in the same neighborhood. Typically, Suho's mom was the one who came to pick them up because Minji's mom is a doctor, while Suho's mom was a housewife, so she always came to pick them up from school & drop them to the school together. Soojin was waiting for his nanny at the designated meeting spot. Hanni might have taught him a lesson before but soojin was particularly pleased to have received a painting made by Jungkook himself. So, he carefully held onto the drawing close to his chest. A minute later, Jungkook arrived, seeing him Hanni excitedly screams"Mumma!" Soojin's gaze also fell on Jungkook. He felt happy to see him, but before that he was shocked when his gaze fell on Yeontan,who was in Jungkook's arms. Soojin's mind was spinning at the thought of how Yeontan could be with Jungkook uncle. He had refused to buy Yeontan, so how could Yeontan be with them today? Soojin was lost in this thought when Yeontan and Jungkook reached Hanni. Seeing Hanni,Started wiggling in Jungkook's hand to be in arms and once Jungkook gave him in Hanni's arms started licking his face "Guys, meet Yeontan! Hanni's mom bought him from the pet shop on the same day, but because we had a ceremony at home, he didn't bring him that day and later he surprised Hanni with Tannie," Hanni said. Minji and Soojin got so happy to hear Hanni 's words, but on the other hand, soojin was shocked to hear Hanni's words. He thought Hanuel had not adopted Yeontan just like him, so he didn't feel any problem in not buying Yeontan. But his thoughts turned out to be wrong, and Yeontan was bought by Jungkook uncle on sane day. Thinking this, soojin felt he got cheated on himself. He felt that Jungkook uncle cheated on him by diverting his mind and bought Yeontan for Hanuel. First, he had said all those things that changed his mind, but when his mind changed, he bought Yeontan for Hanuel. This was cheating. When Soojin realized that he had been cheated, he angrily asked Jungkook, "Jungkook uncle, how can you buy Yeontan?" Not everyone is as well-mannered like you. It's not necessary. And besides, mumma doesn't care whether others have good manners or not. He just wants his Bubba to have good manners. So, don't get angry and calm down because good boys don't get angry.' Jungkook's words made an effect on Hanni, and he managed to control his anger. However, on the other hand, soojin became upset after hearing Jungkook's words. He didn't want Jungkook to perceive him as an even worse person because he had already distanced himself from him, and he feared he might distance himself even more. Thinking this, soojin lowered his head and said to Jungkook, 'Sorry, Jungkook uncle. I shouldn't have spoken to you like that. But I just wanted to know why you didn't buy Yeontan for me despite saying not to separate him from his mom, and that's why I didn't buy him either. But now I found out that you bought him that very day. So, I want to know why you did that?' His guilt was evident on his face, but Jungkook didn't care because he felt soojin always wanted to maintain his good image in front of him and was just pretending to regret his actions.

So,Jungkook replied to soojin in a flat tone, 'You were right that I didn't buy Yeontan to keep him separate from his mom at first. But later, when I went to take my phone back from the shop, I found out that you also didn't buy Yeontan. They requested me to buy him and said that my son would be very happy with it, so I bought both Yeontan and his mom Sadie together so that the mother and son wouldn't be separated. Jungkook greeted her without any expression and then left with soojin. Soojin left without saying anything else, turning back to look at Jungkook and feeling sad when he saw him with Hanuel.
