Joo Young's Apartment,

Jennie was still very angry today because Joo Young hadn't come home from the day they had fought. His phone was also switched off.

In her anger, Jennie called Rose. When Rose answered the call, Jennie asked her, "Has Joo Young's been discharged from the hospital yet?"

Rose replied, "No, not yet, but he is supposed to be discharged tomorrow."

Jennie said, "As soon as he gets discharged, tell him to gather details about Joo Young's activities over the past few days-where he's been going and what he's been doing."

When Rose agreed, Jennie continued, "And you also find out and tell me what Jungkook has been up to these days."

Jiwoo's Apartment,

Next day, Joo Young was sitting on a dining chair having breakfast that Jiwoo had served him. He couldn't remember anything from the previous night.

After a while, when he washed his face and wiped it with a towel, Joo Young, who was standing behind him, asked, "Are you pregnant?"

Hearing his question, Jiwoo didn't say anything and avoided eye contact. He didn't know how to tell Joo Young the truth. He had no idea how Joo Young would react.

Joo Young took Jiwoo silence as a confirmation. He suddenly asked, "Whose child is this?"

Hearing his question, Jiwoo froze.

He didn't know what to say next to Joo young. What must a mother feel when the father of his unborn child asks who the father is? It would mean that he hasn't accepted the child and is doubting its paternity. Any mother would be hurt thinking that his partner was questioning his character. But their case was different because his character wasn't good.

Gathering all his courage, he said, "It's yours!"

Joo Young got even more shocked by his response. For a moment, he didn't say anything. Then he suddenly asked Jiwoo again, "Are you sure it's my child? You've been physical with so many men..." He didn't say anything further.
