Robbie and I were doing some gymnastics so that he could patch my cuts.

Thinking back, I should've sat beside him. But oh well, it was working somehow.

"Why would you shoot a window?", The blonde man asked with his soft voice.

I thought back to it, "I wasn't trying to! I barely touched the trigger!"

I could see both Camila and Jane laughing even if they weren't making any sound which made me pout.

"I can imagine that happening.", Leo commented

"Oh my god, is anyone on my side on this?!", I dramatically asked, looking at Chloe after the car was silent for seconds.

"Don't look at me, you did almost kill me with that one."

I rolled my eyes, "Dramatic much?"

After Robbie was done I leaned back on my seat. I will probably get some scars but I'm not very worried.

Now that the adrenaline has passed, they do hurt a bit.

I'm not sure how long we were driving for. We made a couple stops for bathroom breaks, gas and snacks but we couldn't buy much since no one could use their cards.

Everyone's phones were thrown out of the window at some point. Mine wasn't with me so I couldn't throw anything, unfortunately.

All I know is that the sun was gone once we stopped. There were no buildings around except for one giant factory looking one.

Kate showed her FBI card to some agents before they let us in. We all had to leave our earpieces and any technology behind.

Everyone except Kate looked confused as fuck when we got out of the car and walked into an elevator.

"What is this place?", I finally asked, breaking the silence

"For now, your new home.", Kate answered, "Everyone will have to sign some papers before I can explain."

The elevator was going down for quite a while before it stopped. The door opened slowly and an older man was waiting for us there.

"Katherine.", He started, "Can't say it's good to see you given the situation."

"It's been a while, Rick.", She politely shook his hand.

Some agents (I assume) approached us with non-disclosement agreements and we all had to sign. I finished first since I didn't really read it.

The name says it all, be quiet and everything is fine.

The man, Rick, looked at me and smiled. He waited until everyone was done to speak.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, miss Reed.", He says. "I'm Richard Wayne, I'll be responsible for your safety from now on."

I shook his hand raising my eyebrow at the second part of his introduction.

"Kate is responsible for that.", I pointed out, still holding his hand.

He looked down at my arms before slowly looking back up at me.

"Well, she clearly didn't do it properly."

"Bitc-", Kate cleared her throat to stop me from speaking.

Who does this dude think he is?

Richard laughed a bit, "Don't get me wrong, we're long time friends. We just can't afford to have you hurt.", He explained starting to walk away

Right, friends... Never heard of you though.

We all followed him, though he ignored most of the group.
