Sixteen - Olivia Parks

"Stripes win again!" Dylan cheered triumphantly. Maria and Joey groaned from beside me as I laughed.

"I think we should switch teams." Joey whined.

"To what?" Dylan asked laughing. "Girls against boys?"

"Yes." Joey nodded.

"Please." I scoffed. "Maria and I will beat you both in a heartbeat."

"Maria sucks." Joey laughed causing Maria to sack the back of his head.

"Well then, Princess. Why don't you but your money where you mouth is." Dylan smirked. "Fifty for each ball that goes in and one hundred for the eight ball."

"Well mister confidence. How about we double it?" I smirked.

"Deal." He kissed my lips quickly before walking over to Joey to set up.

Quickly looked to Maria who was glaring at me. I giggled and walked over to her. "You break." I whispered in her ear.

"Why me?" She asked.

"Because you're the best damn pool player I know." I smiled.

For the past year I have watched Maria date at least three college guys who taught not only Maria but me as well how to play pool like pros. While I became a great pool player Maria became amazing and for at least six months we have been hustling grown ass men in pool and winning every time.

"Are we really going to hustle our boyfriends in pool?" She asked.

"Fuck yea." I laughed.

"Are you girls ready to loose money?" Joey asked.

"Yes sir." I nodded. "Maria will break."

"If she can." Dylan snickered.

I winked at Maria as she lined up the white ball. She hit it causing the triangle to break and three solids to fall into the pouches. Dylan's jaw dropped while Joey's eyes widened and we giggled at the flabbergasted boys.

"H-how? Wha-how? What?" Dylan stuttered.

"Lucky shot, I guess." Maria shrugged lining up her stick once more. She exhaled slowly before pushing the stick forward as the white ball hit another solid into the pouch.

On Maria's third shot she missed causing Dylan to get two stripes in. On my turn I got another ball in allowing Joey to get a stripe in. Maria, Dylan, and I got nothing in allowing Joey to even the score. Fifteen minutes later we were all standing around the pool table with the eight ball in the middle.

"Anyone else going to point out the fact that the eight ball is like, perfectly in the middle?" I asked. Everyone nodded in agreement.

"Maria, It's your turn." I smiled at my friend. She smirked just like when she had the wining shot in previous games. She crouched over the table and aligned the stick with the white ball. She slowly exhaled before pulling the stick back and hitting the ball. The white ball hit the eight and as soon as it was there it was gone. Maria and I cheered before high fiving and looking at our boyfriends.

"Pay up." I smirked.

"Y-you don't suck?" Joey asked, starring wide eyed at Maria.

"You hustled me?" Dylan asked, stepping closer to me. I shyly smiled and nodded. "My girl." He smiled before quickly kissing my lips.

"Who wants drinks?" I asked. Maria and Joey raised their hands seeing as they were too consumed in each other to talk. "What about you babe?"

"Yes please." He smiled sweetly. I nodded and walked around him and up the stairs.

I walked into the kitchen and pulled out four bottles of pepsi. I turned to got back but dropped the bottles when I saw Dylan two inches away from me.

"Shit, Dyl. You scared me." I sighed. He chuckled before placing his hands on my waist. "Dyl." I giggled as he brushed a ticklish spot.

"Sorry babe." He chuckled before picking me up and setting me on the counter. "I just can't resist." He mumbled as his eyes darkened. He place his hands on the sides of my face. The normal butterflies returned as my body heated up.

I quickly responded to the kiss and tangled my fingers in his hair and wrapped my legs around his waist. I grabbed his lower lip and pulled gently on it as a small moan escaped his lips. He quickly took back charge as out tongues fought for dominance. After what felt like decades he pulled away and looked at me, breathing heavily.

"Oh Liv." He chuckled. "The things you do to me."
