Chapter Thirty One

(Fast forward three weeks later)

Alex's POV
I gave Jessica, Will, and Christian one last hug before hopping on a plane go Sydney. Luke, Cal, Mikey, and Ash had finished writing/recording their album. Now we were off to Sydney for a well needed break. I had also packed up all my stuff to take to Sydney. All of that was on a cargo plane. I couldn't wait to start my new life in Sydney with my boyfriend and his family. "Don't worry about it, they're going to love you" Luke assured me when I had asked him if his parents would like me. That helped a little bit.

Luke's POV
I smiled as we stepped off the plane.
We were home. "It's so great to be back!"Calum exclaimed smiling.
"Sure is" Ashton agreed.
We all said our goodbyes and parted ways. Alex and I collected our luggage, then headed outside where my mum, dad, and two brothers were waiting. I gave my mum and dad big hugs, as well as my brothers.
"Mum, Dad, I'd like to you to meet my girlfriend Alex" I said gesturing towards her. Alex smiled and shook my parents hands, saying" It's nice to meet you Mr. and Mrs. Hemmings" She said politely. "Sweetie, call me Liz. Mrs. Hemmings makes me sound like an old woman who has thirty six cats" My mum said laughing. "And call me Andrew" My dad smiling. "So, Alex, how long have you and Luke been dating?" Mum asked. "I don't know, maybe about three or four months" Alex replied blushing. "Aww, how cute. Lucas, I like this girl already. She's a keeper" Mum said winking.
I smiled and said" I really love her"
My dad walked over to me and placed a hand on my shoulder. "I like this girl. She's sweet, polite, and beautiful. Don't break this girl's heart Luke" He said sternly. "I won't" I said.
And I meant it. I will never ever hurt Alex. I love her way too much to do that. And with that, we put our luggage in the back of the truck and drove away from the airport.
On the way home, my parents kept asking Alex lots of questions.
Alex didn't seem to mind as she answered all of them.
My parents said that they approve of Alex. After they said that, I grabbed Alex's hand and laced our fingers together, gently sqeezing it.

I can't wait to spend my new life with her. Summer was amazing, probably the best I've ever had. I got to tour the world, hang out with my three best friends, and I managed to snag a girlfriend. Alex becoming my girlfriend was definitely the highlight of my summer. And I can't wait for summer to come back. Why? Cause it was a summer to remember.

A/N: So ASTR is finished:( But don't worry everyone, there will be a sequel! The sequel is called A Christmas To Remember:)
I'm very excited to start writing it.
I need to finish up "Falling In Love With You" before all that though.
Thank you to everyone who has supported and gave this book tons of love💕 I'm very sad that this book is over, but happy that there's going to be another one. So once it's up, you can revisit Alex and Luke and see what their life is like together. The fanfic will not have any drama that causes Alex and Luke to break up, fight, cheat on one another, etc.
There will be no drama with exes or anything like that. But there will be something that happens to Alex that causes her to break down.
You will have to find out what that is once the sequel is released.
And you guys know Will, Jessica, and Christian right? Some juicy stuff is going to happen to those three.
I have some exciting stuff planned for the sequel. There will also be plenty of adorable/romantic moments between Alex and Luke of course.
