A Summer To Remember (5SOS fanfic)

Chapter One

Luke's POV

" Thank you LA ! We are 5 Seconds Of Summer and it's been an absolute pleasure to perform for you guys !

Good night everybody !

Hopefully we'll see you again in the near future ! "Calum shouted .

Screams erupted as we waved goodbye and ran off stage .

Once we were backstage , I quickly grabbed a bottle of water and chugged it down . Ashton , Michael , and Calum did the same . " That show was sick "! Ashton said plopping down onto a chair .

" It sure was " Michael agreed .

Michael , Ashton , and Calum soon got into a conversation about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles . I know , we are very weird dudes . Meanwhile , I was thinking about home . What was my mum doing right now ? Is she ok ?

Are Ben and Jack holding up well?

Being on tour can be hard sometimes .

Especially when you start thinking about home . " Earth to Luke "!!! Calum said as he waved his hand in front of my face . " Huh ? Oh sorry . I wasn't paying attention " I said snapping out of my thoughts .

" What were you thinking about "? Calum asked . " Home " I replied .

He smiled and said " I miss home too mate " Ashton chimed in asking " Don't we all "? We all nodded in agreement .

Alex's POV

" Good morning Pewds " Jessica said greeting me as I walked into the kitchen rubbing my eyes .

Oh , by the way , Pewds is one of our inside jokes . Don't ask me to explain it . Why ? Cause it's really weird and long . I laughed and walked over to the fridge opening it . I pulled out a carton of eggs and mango lemonade .

" Are you really drinking lemonade with your eggs "? Jessica asked as she poured herself a bowl of cereal .

"It's a free country "! I replied closing the fridge . Jessica giggled and held her hands up in mock surrender .

I playfully glared at her as I set the carton of lemonade down .

( after breakfast )

Jessica's POV

" Alex , hurry up and find your VANS so we can meet up with Will and Christian at the cafe downtown " I yelled from downstairs on the couch .
"I found them "! Alex yelled back . " Finally ! It took you forever " ! I said once she came downstairs .

" I'm sorry , ok ? Besides , you just wanna hurry up because Christian's going to be there " Alex said smirking .

My face immediately heated up with embarrassment . " That's not true " ! I exclaimed . "Sure it's not " Alex said raising her eyebrows .

" It is not true "! I argued .

Alex rolled her eyes as she grabbed her keys and purse . " This conversation is over " She said opening the door and running outside.

I sighed and followed her .

Luke's POV

I sighed as I plopped down on my comfy bunk bed in our tour bus .

Ah , it feels so good to just lie down and relax after a show !

Calum , Michael , and Ashton are all asleep . I'm not surprised though .

Performing in front of thousands of people for an hour is exhausting, but we love it . After a few hours of staring at the ceiling , I fell into a peaceful slumber .

Alex's POV

" This movie is awesome "! Jessica exclaimed as she stuffed a handful of popcorn in her mouth .

" I agree " I said taking a sip of my Sprite . Jessica and I are now back at home watching "The Avengers "

I just love this movie !

( couple hours later )

Jessica's POV

I yawned as I turned off the TV .

We had just finished watching one of the greatest movies ever .

Alex had fallen asleep an hour into it . I'm actually surprised I didn't fall asleep myself . I looked over at Alex who was curled up in a blanket snoring softly . I got up , stretched , put a pillow under Alex's head , and took our drink bottles and popcorn bowl to the kitchen . Then , I headed upstairs to go to sleep myself .
