Aether pov:

This was the first time I was alone with him. Walking along next to him on the school corridors really made my heart jump. I don't know if it was just me or of he looked even better from up close.(I think I'm just delusional he looks good no matter the angle). As we entered the library we were greated by the lady that stopped Ventis robot fight. Tall, slim figure, light brown hair. As for her clothes, she was wearing a white button up shirt which wasn't closed fully to reveal a necklace with a purple gem stone, a short black skirt that has a slit on one side and knee lengthed boots that matched the color of her skirt. A pretty revealing fit if you asked me, but whatever I can't say anything about her way of dressing.
"Oh~ Hello there my darlings!" She said as she saw us enter. "My, my! Xiao I haven't see you in ages. Oh~? And who's this cutie here alongside you?" she asked, looking at us.
"Just a friend. We came here to do a project." Xiao said .
"Oh my! You haven't been around here in  so long. It's a pleasure to finally see you again! You know your father-" Xiao cut her off, it's really amazing how he can talk so freely to older people(well not that she is old or anything, but you get my point people not our age).
"Yeah so the project. We need...uh Aether?" He asked, I looked at him. "What was the project about again?" The lady chuckled, and then I explained what we needed and from there on she helped us get some books with information that would be harder to find on the web.
"Thank you so much!" I said as we were about to leave.
"It was a pleasure cutie." She said as Xiao left the library but then she added "Oh.. he can be such a pain." She told me as I was about to leave but then I turned around to listen to her.
"What?" I asked.
"Oh! You know Xiao. He had the same temper since forever, I don't even know how you can deal with it. You too seem good friends so.."
"Oh. Haha" I chuckled. "I don't know, I don't even know if we are friends."
"Awh,  don't say that sweetie, I'm sure he caught a liking to you if he decided to come with you here. He usually never visits me .Nor alone nor with someone, and I've known him since he was a baby!" She said then gave me a warm smile, I couldn't help but smile back, Xiao caught a liking to me..?she then added "Oh enough talking, go, go he must be waiting for you."
"Alright!" I said smiling then opened the library door, "Thank you again!" I added then hurried, just to see Xiao waiting for me at the lockers. "Sorry for making you wait." I told him.
"You don't have to say sorry you know, it's all good." Xiao said, then looked at me. "How are you getting home?" He asked.
"I'm probably going to wait for the bus, why?"
"No reason, I just wanted to ask if you needed a ride or sum." He said, glancing at me, but it was more like he was looking thru me rather than at me.
"I'm good." I said, I couldn't bare the thought of  being in the same car as him.
"I insist, the next bus won't come for the next 30 minutes" he said then waved at me to follow him.
"I.."
"Are you coming or not?" He turned around and asked.
"Uh right yeah imma come." I said, then followed him.
After a while we stopped next to a car, a different one from last time( the one  I saw him, Venti and Kazuha get in).
"Who will drive?" I asked.
"I will?" He told me.
"Oh right. Sorry." I said, I didn't even know he had a licence, come to think of it, I berally know anything about him.
"Hop in." He said as he opened the car door and sat in the drivers sit. "Don't be shy, come in front with me." He said, and I did so.

Xiao pov:
As Kazuha and Venti said: "Be more nice to him", "Don't be so cold", "He is super sweet", yeah right. He's just a loser, I don't even know why I'm giving this a shot. After this year we may not even be in the same class anymore, so what's the point?
"So where do you live?" I asked as I turned on the car, then started driving to his house. The whole drive was quiet, neither of us said anything 'So this is where he lives hm, quite a small but nice house' I thought as he was getting his stuff to leave my car.
"See you tomorrow at my house, if you'd like I can pick you up." I said.
"I think I can manage." The blonde said as he got up from my car.
"Yeah right, imma pick you up at 12, see you soon."
"Oh alright, you really don't have to."
"It's fine, 12 o'clock tomorrow don't forget, imma text you too." I told him
"Ok,ok.. See you tomorrow!" He said as he closed the car door and walked to his house. With that I drove home, where I was greeted by my father, clearly pleased of the things he did to ruin my weekend.
"Are you happy?!" I asked him.
"I'm very pleased actually." He said, taking a sip of his tea from his work chair.
"Why would you do this? Did you do it on purpose?!" I said.
"No, there was no meaning whatsoever behind it." He told me, taking his glasses of his nose, and getting up from his chair, coming closer where I was leaning against his offices door.
"Whatever." I said then stood straight.
"You will be fine son." He said then pat my back, I pushed his hand off then went upstairs to my room, where I closed the door shut behind me, threw my backpack across the room and plopped myself on the bed.
"I hate you father." I mumbled in my pillow. I grabbed my pack of cigs and took one out, that should make me feel better.

Aether pov:
I opened the front door, took off my shoes then went up to my room. Where I had a little crisis about the fact that I was in the same car as Xiao but its ok! (Also because of the librarians words, and I am starting to believe them, after all he did become nicer but yet again that may be because he wants to finish this faster.)
I screamed in my pillow, kicking my feet.
"AETHER." a voice from downstairs, Lumine wasn't there when I came home so she must have just went down. "I KNOW YOURE HOME I HEARD YOU SHUT YOUR ROOMS DOOR, TAKE YOUR ASS DOWN HERE NOWWWW."
My crisis was over. I had to go downstairs to meet my sister and see what shit she had to tell me.
"What." I said as I was going down the stairs.
"Soo who took you home?"
"Excuse me?" I asked
"Well I saw you from my window and you exited a car, and by the way that looked expiensiiivee"
"Yeah, whatever. It was that guys, Xiao, we have to do a project together."
"Wait. OH EM GEEE, IS HE LIKE YOUR BOYFRIEND?!I knew you can pull red flags, but I didn't know you can pull hot and rich people! Wow teach me your ways baby boyy" she said excited.
"He's not my boyfriend." I told her in a slightly irritated tone, even tho I would of loved if I was his and he was mine.
"Either way, you're so bad ass now, hanging out with the cwoowl kids" she chuckled "Anyways what do you wanna eat? Or have you already had your meal~? If you know what I mean" she said then winked at me.
"Lumine no, ew." I told her.
"Cmonnn if you ever will tho, tell me. I bet it will be a mouth full." She laughed once again, then started cooking something.
"Whatever." I said, even tho she did make me curious. Maybe it is a mouth full, only his girlfriend knows I guess.
