The boy ran to his grandfather for the last time. He's been running around playing for a while now.

His name was Luke. He considered himself a lucky boy. Having a caring and loving family was an advantage. Though sometimes he could feel that his parents were hiding some truth from him.

"Don't you get tired running around like that. Aren't you a natural runner child?." The Oldman said to his grandchild. His voice was raspy and slow, exposing his age.

"What do you mean? I am supposed to be like this. Didn't you tell me all those stories about how you escaped those people who were after you?." The boy leaned up and saw his grandfather smiling at him.

"No, let me go." The boy said, struggling his way out of the Oldman hug.

"Stop it. You know I won't be able to hold you like this forever, kid." He said.

He knew he was old, but he was happy. So long ago, he changed his fate and his children's fate alongside him. He loathed the pressure that was put on him. And he hated that his children might suffer the same. So he made the choice to leave his blood related family and to start his real family. One he built of love.

His only wish in this world was one thing. For his children and grandchildren to never get involved in that madness, they called wealth.

Lou closed the book. It was the handwriting of the great Raycan. She wanted it for so long. She wanted to read it. She wanted to know why that man would ever betray his own family. Now she knew they weren't his family. They were only blood related.

There is still enough reason to get those great great-grandchildren involved. It was enough for her. Her everlasting desires to finally cut off Kim's house from power, spit on their graves, and take her house's revenge.

Lisa, She was the long-lost granddaughter of Loyan. Blood related with proof. One stone, two birds. She would get rid of Kims and that fool Oldman and his legacy. Who was he to cause such humiliation.

Lou's life was nothing like the little boy in the handwritten book. Her life was all obedience and demission. It's like she was born to hate. She never loved, cared, nor appreciated anything.

It was all about the power, and finally, her biggest opponent was at its weakest and lowest.

She was done with her thoughts and put the book in the drawer, and closed it. She smirked, just thinking how Jennie would look when she found out.

"Hey there, future wife." Jennie said as she walked into the library. Park told her she would find Lisa there.

Lisa was actually looking for the same book she found the first time she was there. Strange that she couldn't now.

"Shouldn't you be plotting some genius ways to take over the world?" Lisa mocked. Recently, the scare side of the Palace was not that scary anymore. And she became more like her real self.

"What are you looking for? I can help. I read almost all of them." Jennie offered. She walked the distance. She was indeed plotting. She has been doing that for a while now. Jisoo just never gave her a break.

"There was a handwritten book the first time I came here. Your sister said it had interesting true tales of a house." Lisa explained, and then she pointed towards its shelf.

Jennie looked at the shelf, it was full of books but with the description Lisa gave her, She knew exactly which one.

Jennie frowned. Oddly enough, the book was nowhere to be found. "I'll have someone look for it." Jennie said.
