Edmund flew in carried by a griffin. The griffin dropped him on the roof of one of the lookout towers. It snatched the Telmarine guard from the tower and flew away. Edmund dropped down and surveyed the castle below him.

He used his electric torch to signal the others to fly in on their griffins. Four more griffins flew up to the Telmarine castle carrying Peter, Susan, Caspian, and Trumpkin.

A soldier spotted Edmund's light from down below and aimed his crossbow at the boy. Susan was quick to stop the man by firing an arrow right into his chest. Edmund nodded his thanks to his sister.

Peter, Susan and Caspian split off to go search for Caspian's Professor.

Edmund continued to watch from the tower he was on. He grew increasingly more bored as the time went on. He was messing around with his torch, tossing it from one hand to the other, thinking about what his wife and daughter must be doing at that moment.

Jacqueline was probably preparing Genevieve for bed, telling her a story or singing her a lullaby. Edmund regretted that he wasn't with them right then. He hoped nothing would go wrong during the raid and that he'd be able to return to them safely.

He was startled from his thoughts by an ear splitting scream coming from inside the castle. The sudden noise caused him to fumble his torch, dropping it to the level below.

The clatter caused a soldier to come investigate. Edmund rushed down the stairs through the tower. He paused at a window, seeing a man pick up his torch. The man turned on the device and nearly blinded himself.

'Great,' Edmund thought. 'Hopefully this doesn't confuse the Narnians waiting to attack.'

A bell tolled throughout the castle, alerting everyone that something was wrong.

Edmund leapt from the window, landing on top of the soldier. He didn't knock the man out however. The man quickly got up and drew his sword, lunging at Edmund. Ed drew his as well and began to fight the man.

When the man had Edmund pushed up against edge of the turret, Peter came rushing out of the castle below them.

"Now, Ed! Now! Signal the troops!" he called.

"I'm a bit busy, Pete!" Ed grumbled. The soldier had a sword against his neck and was prepared to push him off. Edmund head butted the man causing him to stubble backward, allowing Ed to attack. They fought neck and neck. Eventually the man managed to disarm Ed. Edmund ducked to avoid a swing that was meant to take off his head. He spotted his torch and grabbed it, using it to bludgeon the man.

He realized what he'd done a bit too late. "Oh..." He tried to turn the device on but it wouldn't work. He fiddled with it for a bit, smacking it on the palm of his hand. "Come on," he muttered, growing frustrated. He eventually got it to work and quickly signaled the troops.

He watched as the Narnian troops stormed in, attacking the enemy soldiers.

He climbed atop one of the roofs for a better vantage point. He spotted archers aiming for his brother on the ledge below him. He quickly slid down the tile roof, hitting the soldier feet first and knocking him off the tower. The man screamed as he fell.
