Seth and his Pokémon are called upon by a mysterious machine known as Synergy to help a young girl known as Jerrica Brenton to make songs, with Seth on the saxophone in the band Jerrica has with her alter ego: Jem.
It had been a few days since the Battle of the Bands, and Eric and the Misfits hadn't been seen since. The band was enjoying this time of peace, and practicing their music and everything. Right now, they, along with Rio and their Pokémon were on the roof, looking at the night sky.
"The stars look beautiful out there," said Jerrica.
"Say," said Seth, "You guys ever wonder if there is any other life out there in the universe? I mean, we have alien Pokémon in my world, so, I was just thinking if it was possible here."
"I don't know," said Aja, "It might be long past our years before we see something from another world."
Just then, a light shown across the sky.

"Hey! A shooting star!" said Shana, "Quick, make a wish!!"
Everyone closed their eyes, and Seth said, "So, what did you all wish for?"
"To never see the Misfits again," said Kimber.
"I like that one," said Aja, "I wished for the movie to be perfect."
"I wished for us to always be remembered," said Shana.
"I wished the Master would get over her grudge against me," said Seth.
"I wish for things to never change," said Rio.
"I wish the fans would stop pestering me," said Jerrica.
"Another group of fans who don't believe Kimber wrote the songs?" asked Seth.
"Yes," said Jerrica, "The fans are pressuring me to tell them I wrote the songs. What do I do? Lie to them?"
"I wouldn't," said Seth, "A lie can be a very dangerous thing if not careful with it."
"Well," said Aja, "They sound like fun."
"Tox."
Eva, Bubbles and Grookey were currently chasing each other, and having fun.
"Voi vee!!"
"Key!!"
"Popplio!"
"Kids, I'm shutting off the lights! Be careful now!" said Mrs. Bailey.
"We will!" said Jerrica, "I guess that means we should get to sleep as well."
So, they all headed downstairs, and went to bed. However, the 'shooting star' landed in the street outside the mansion. The object was round, blue, with many bumps on it's body, and a single antenna on it's head. It's eyes had black pupils, and the nose was a round circle.
