Chapter 11: Starbright (P1)

A big party was being thrown, and Seth was leaning against a wall, watching over the Pokémon, when he looks to the fourth wall.

"Oh, hey there!" he said, "Glad you could make it. I can see you're ready for our next adventure. Well, let me get you up to speed real quick.

"See, it all started with the death of Jerrica's father, Emmet Brenton, and he left her with two inheritance, Starlight Music, his company, and Starlight House, a house for Foster Girls. However, there was a slit complication. Emmet's business partner, Eric Raymond took control of the whole thing, and wouldn't give Jerrica a lone of money that they needed. Instead, he was using Starlight Music to promote a new band known as the Misfits.

"And thus, Jerrica was determined to get Eric out of the business, but had no idea how. Luckily, she got a set of red star shaped earrings. Unknown, they were designed by her father, along with another surprise, Synergy, an Artificial Intelligence Super Computer meant to be the ultimate Holographic Projector and Audio Entertainer. Emmet designed Synergy after his late wife, and kept it a secret from everyone.

"However, Synergy was willing to help Jerrica and her sisters, and brought me into the mix. I don't know what she did, but I was taken from my home world, and brought to Los Angeles, California. There, Synergy revealed clothing, instruments, even a fancy car for Jerrica and her sisters. Together, they, along with me, formed the new top rated band known as Jem and the Holograms, with Jerrica being Jem. I mean, the car had the name on it, so, we just went with it.

"After us making a surprise performance at Eric's rigged battle of the bands, he challenged Jerrica to another battle of the bands with just Jem and Holograms, and the Misfits. However, he sent a crook to try and sabotage the contest in any way possible. During this, the Starlight Girls lost their house, and were allowed to stay in a mansion, that was part of the grand prize of the Battle of the Bands, much to the Misfit's disproval.

"But they weren't the only ones who wanted a part of the music action. Team Rocket made an appearance, and tried kidnapping Jem and Pizzazz of the Misfits. But they failed, and things went back to normal.

"Team Rocket then appeared once more, and they successfully kidnapped Jem and Pizzazz, forcing them to make a hypnotic song that would brainwash anyone who heard it. Thankfully, we destroyed the tape, and saved Jem and Pizzazz. That is also where the Master revealed herself as Giovanni's daughter. She had a grudge against me since I disbanded Team Rocket when I started my journey as a Pokémon Trainer.

"After that, the day of the Battle of the Bands came, and I managed to bust Eric, while Jem and her band were busy helping Ashley, one of the Starlight Girls who got mixed in with the wrong crowd. We managed to find them, seeing that they took care of themselves, with the help of their Pokémon Partners, and we raced to the concert. It was there, we won the battle, and the mansion.

"However, Eric managed to get out of prison with a trial, and good lawyers. We were not too happy with that, but Eric left with a few things, which I didn't see what they were.

"And now, here we are. Oh, looks like Jerrica could use some help. Stick around to see more."

Seth then walks off to help Jerrica, as she ran into a room. Seth stood at the doorway, as Jerrica said, "Show time Synergy."

Jerrica then transformed into Jem, as Kimber walked towards Seth.

"Hey Seth, have you seen Jerrica?" she asked.

"You mean Jem?" asked Seth, pointing to the room.

"Oh, there you are! The countess wants to see us."

Upstairs, Shana and Aja were trying on different outfits, when Jem, Kimber and Seth walked in with the Pokémon.
