My birthday was here, I didn't care about it right now because my mind focus was on what the villain said. Something was coming, and I had to be ready. I stayed where I was, which was living behind the volcano and training hard. I remember what the ritual was, so I didn't need the chiefess around plus I didn't want them finding me. It's been awhile since I saw Bakugo and the others. I just knew that they were looking all over the island for me, especially him. I knew it was wrong to be selfish and hide from my classmates but this is something only I can stop, they wouldn't understand. It has to me.

I was sitting on my knees in my hero costume as my hands were on my lap and I had my eyes closed. I was thinking about my mother and my quirk, I had to accept it meaning I had to accept her. The palms of my hands started heating up, as I could feel the flames of my fire dance around in the palms of my hands. My quirk, it was my mother's quirk, not mine, accept that. I will accept that I am my mother's daughter, meaning I was hers. The flames danced around franticly around in my hands as I focused very hard on the flames, turning into lava. I could feel the heat change as my hands started to feel a bit heavy but I knew it was the lava I was creating.

Before I could do anything the whole ground began to shake violently, causing my quirk to stop and I quickly stood up. I was keeping my balance as the ground continued to shake, what could be causing this? Was this what the Villain was telling me about? But this didn't seem like this was some big thing. I flew myself in the air, turning as I looked at the island, watching the trees sway around, the birds flying out of the forest. My eyes went to the village...Bakugo! I used my flames as a boost, blasting myself towards the village. My classmates and the villagers are probably in trouble. I had to save them.

I landed on the sand, shaking bit as the island was continuing to shake. I looked around, watching the villagers panic but I didn't see him, I didn't see Bakugo. I ran towards his hut, only thinking about him but then I stopped when I heard a girl scream. I turn my head, eyes widening to see what looked like a lava rock falling from the sky. I looked at the girl, watching her just stand there in fear. My body moved on its on, flying towards the girl as I held out my hand, reaching towards. I had to save her! As I got closely, I quickly grabbed the girl, holding her close to my body as I looked up, watching the lava rock getting close to us.

"(Y/N)!!!!"

I heard my name being shouted, to which I turned my head and saw Bakugo running towards me. He was okay! I looked back at the lava rock, getting my brave face on because this was something I can stop. It was lava, so I can control it. I turned back to Bakugo, giving him a smile as I knew what I had to do.

"CATCH!" I shouted at him as I threw the girl towards him.

Bakugo didn't waste the time to disobey the command as he quickly caught the girl. I watched him place the girl down as Kirishima came up from behind him. Kirishima helped the girl to the other villagers as Bakugo looked at me, waiting for me to come towards him. I shook my head at him, turning my attention on the lava rock that was almost about to make impact. I held out my hands, focusing on the lava inside the rock. This was my mother's island, this was her people's island. I will not let it burn down to the ground from just some lava rock. My hair started to float above my hair, turning into flames as I concentrated on the lava. I can do this, I have to save the island.

I could feel the heat of the lava rock as it made contact with my hands. I was skidding backwards but I used all my strength to plant my feet and stop myself from moving and the rock. It hurt, the lava hurt my hands but I had to do this. I continued to concentrate on the lava, feeling the way it moves, how hot it was and how much there was. The lava from the rock was obeying me as it started to cool down, turning the lava rock into just a rock. Before I could do anything else the rock exploded and I stood there, glancing at the redness on my hands. I felt a hand on my shoulder, causing me to look up and there was Bakugo. He was the one the exploded the rock, he helped me. I gave him a smile before I heard running footsteps towards us.
